Silicate-based surface infiltration method "RCG Inner Silica OC"

Make concrete dense and extend the lifespan of open channels! Standard specifications for colorants with fading properties for construction verification.

We would like to introduce our silicate-based surface impregnation method, "RCG Inner Silica OC." When the silicate-based surface impregnation material is applied to the concrete surface, it penetrates the concrete surface layer and reacts with calcium hydroxide to produce C-S-H gel (calcium silicate hydrate). The synergistic effect of physical action from particle colloids and chemical reactions (C-S-H gel) suppresses the intrusion of deterioration factors. 【Features】 ■ Surface impregnation method ■ Auxiliary method *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

SW liner method

Safer and faster! Renewing and strengthening Japan's underground with new technology.

The "SW Liner Method" is a pipe rehabilitation method that involves winding a rigid polyvinyl chloride strip in a spiral manner inside an existing pipe to create a new pipe, and filling the gap between the new and existing pipes with a filler material, thereby rehabilitating the pipe as a composite structure. Since it can be constructed without stopping the water supply (the water flowing through the pipeline), there is no need for water replacement work. The adhesive is automatically supplied simultaneously with the pipe manufacturing process. This allows for the application of adhesive at the joint sections, forming a highly watertight integrated rehabilitation pipe. 【Features】 ■ Construction is possible even under water supply conditions ■ Continuous structure without joints ■ Can be constructed without support structures as a countermeasure against buoyancy during filling ■ Pipe manufacturing using a powerful push-type method *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

KG Caisson Sliding Material Simultaneous Injection System

Integrated visualization system for simultaneous caisson sinking and lubricant injection conditions!

The "KG Caisson Lubricant Simultaneous Injection System" is a technology that visualizes the lubricant injection status integrated with caisson installation. It performs immediate and appropriate lubricant injection into the voids between the caisson's outer wall and the ground, promoting sinking and reducing the impact on the surrounding ground. It enables real-time visualization of the lubricant injection amount, injection pressure, and filling rate of the voids. Furthermore, it achieves control management that links caisson installation and lubricant injection status together, rather than relying on the judgment of workers. 【Expected Effects】 - By visualizing the lubricant injection status integrated with caisson installation, it reduces the impact on the surrounding ground while promoting sinking. - By sharing information in real-time regarding the lubricant injection amount, injection pressure, and filling status of the voids, work efficiency is improved. - By accurately grasping the filling status and establishing a rapid and appropriate injection management system, construction accuracy is enhanced. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

A wastewater treatment method born from engineers who wish to no longer pollute the Earth we live on.

The "Soil Particle Recovery Circulation System" is a turbidity treatment method used in construction that involves drilling with water, allowing for the circulation of muddy water without discharging it outside the site. Since the water returns to the excavation equipment in a state close to clean water, there is less wear on the equipment, and the system can be constructed very easily, making it suitable for various site conditions. Additionally, the maintenance costs are low, and no special skills are required for maintenance. 【Features】 ■ Construction can be carried out with minimal discharge of muddy water outside the site. ■ The system can be constructed very easily, making it adaptable to various site conditions. ■ Maintenance costs are low, and no special skills are required for maintenance. ■ The water returns to the excavation equipment in a state close to clean water, resulting in less wear on the equipment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

"Partial high-strength steel" high-frequency hardening

This is a steel material that achieves multiple strengths with a single bar of steel. By using high-frequency quenching, only the areas that require high strength and high durability can be made to have high strength.

In conventional heat treatment using furnaces, it was difficult to apply heat to the entire steel material while only treating the necessary parts. However, by utilizing high-frequency induction heating (IH) to selectively harden only a portion of the steel (enhancing strength and durability), we have achieved multiple strength levels with a single steel rod. By placing high-strength sections in areas that require structural integrity and low-strength sections in other areas, it is possible to control damage and reduce material usage. Using this technology and product, we have started selling high-strength rebar placed in column-beam joints, named "Double Stark®," which contributes to damage control in structures, reduction of rebar quantity, improved workability, and comfortable living spaces. *In 2018, we received the "Super" Monozukuri Parts Award and the Lifestyle-Related Parts Award.

New Pre-Tensioning Method "NAPP Method" (Hollow PC Steel Rod)

The tensioning has already been introduced at our factory. This is a PC steel bar that does not require tension management or grouting work at the construction site.

The NAPP method involves placing pre-tensioned hollow PC steel rods, called "NAPP units (R)," within a formwork, and after pouring and curing the concrete, releasing the tension to introduce prestress into the concrete. The tension is introduced at our factory, which is strictly managed, and delivered to the site. At the construction site, prestress can be introduced without using reaction abutments or hydraulic jacks, eliminating the need for complex tension management, sheath placement, and grouting. This method is particularly efficient in challenging work environments, such as high altitudes, where introducing prestress is difficult. ■ Examples of NAPP method implementation Reinforcement of external cable anchorage, reinforcement of misalignment sections, reinforcement of PC steel anchorage, shear reinforcement, and lateral tightening. ■ Examples of NAPP anchor method implementation Widening of existing bridge abutment edges, reinforcement of external cable anchorage, and reinforcement of bridge substructures (widening of low slabs).
