Yoshizawa Architectural Structural Design Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive design office that consistently handles everything from planning and design to construction and after-sales service for factory rebuilding and renewal in-house. There are various reasons for wanting to renew an aging factory or introduce new equipment, but the current situation is that production cannot be halted, and moving to a temporary factory incurs costs, leading to a decrease in productivity, among other challenges. Our company avoids a decline in operational rates associated with rebuilding by using methods such as "Cover Build," which involves constructing steel frames over the existing factory while keeping the production equipment in place, and "Separate," which divides the construction period into phases like Phase 1 and Phase 2. Additionally, to understand the potential damage a building may suffer during an earthquake, we conduct various seismic surveys, including crack investigations, concrete strength assessments, and rebar layout measurements. Based on the survey results, we propose seismic reinforcement plans. We support the preservation of a company's assets, including buildings, machinery, materials, and products. Furthermore, we ensure the prompt recovery and continuity of operations. Our goal at "Yoshizawa" is to provide total support from seismic diagnosis to reinforcement.
