Our company was established in 1908 to develop industrial land with port functions in Tsurumi, Kanagawa Prefecture. The dredging and reclamation technologies cultivated through this project have further developed and continue to be the core of our business today. Subsequently, we expanded into civil engineering and construction projects on land, contributing to infrastructure development and industrial foundation building not only in Japan but also globally. In the construction business, we handle public facilities, condominiums, warehouses and logistics facilities, as well as medical and welfare facilities, establishing our position as a comprehensive construction company.
