Construction Minister certified construction method! It is a method that makes construction management easy and simple.
The "Kemun Method / ST Kemun Method" is a low-vibration, low-noise construction method that can securely anchor to the supporting layer and adapt to various ground conditions. While excavating and mixing, water or a pile surrounding fixation fluid is injected from the tip of the drilling bit. Once the desired depth is reached, a specified amount of solidification fluid is injected to construct the solidified bulb section. Next, the excavation mixing shaft is pulled up while injecting the pile surrounding fixation fluid. In this way, a pile is inserted into the excavated hole and positioned at the desired location by self-sinking or rotation. 【Features (Common)】 ■ Low noise, low vibration method ■ By rotating the pile, it can be securely anchored to the supporting layer ■ The pile surrounding fixation fluid is injected along the entire length of the pile surface, allowing for expected friction ■ Wide range of applicable ground conditions ■ The solidification fluid contains a leakage prevention agent, resulting in a high-quality expanded solidified bulb section *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
