The RRR Method Association was established in July 1991 with the aim of promoting and improving the technology of reinforced soil methods that effectively utilize the effects of planar reinforcement materials or rod-shaped reinforcement materials and rigid wall surfaces to provide rational and highly stable soil structures. At its inception, the association started with a total of 63 regular and associate members and has since actively worked towards the dissemination and technological advancement of the RRR method. As of June 2008, 17 years after the establishment of the association, it has developed into an organization with a proven track record of over 100 km in reinforced soil retaining walls in the fields of railways and roads. This achievement is entirely thanks to the support and cooperation of everyone involved, for which we express our heartfelt gratitude.
