Fukutoku Giken Co., Ltd. was established in November 1966 as Fukutoku Development Co., Ltd. with the aim of engaging in civil engineering and real estate transactions. Since then, the company's business model has evolved with the trends of the times, and in 1977, it was renamed Fukutoku Painting Industry Co., Ltd. due to the expansion of its painting business. In recent years, we have focused on the investigation, design, and repair work related to the deterioration of concrete structures, including bridges, pursuing the establishment of unparalleled technology and striving for high value-added business. Additionally, in our traditional painting business, we have been working on improving quality backed by high technology. To further clarify the company's policy of aiming for steady growth with a focus on technological refinement, we decided to change our name to Fukutoku Giken Co., Ltd. on May 10, 2010. Taking this opportunity, all employees are united in renewing our commitment to the development of our business.
