We procure plywood from leading manufacturers both domestically and internationally, and we perform various processing tasks such as cutting, laminating, adjusting thickness, and connecting lengths according to our customers' requests. 【Cutting】 Maximum processing size: We have cutting machines capable of handling thicknesses up to 100mm, machine widths of 4500mm, and depths of 4000mm, including multiple digitally controlled cutting machines. This allows us to propose optimal processing based on application, quantity, and size. Additionally, we can combine multiple pieces to maximize yield efficiency and process materials without waste. 【Laminating】 By combining materials such as plywood, MDF, and PB, we achieve a variety of surface characteristics. We can also accommodate long laminations (combinations) up to 4 meters. 【Connecting】 By using scarf joints, we can create long scarf plywood with widths of 3 to 4 feet and lengths of up to 4 meters. 【Planing】 We can perform efficient and high-precision processing from thickness regulation to finishing, demonstrating excellent thickness adjustment and surface finishing capabilities. 【Painting】 With our painting and drying line, the combinations of plywood and paint are limitless.
