The maximum base diameter is 3000mm, and a maximum slope angle of 12 degrees can be constructed. The excavated soil can be recycled as general surplus soil.
This technology is a full-casing enlarged pile construction method that can build enlarged piles in soft rock and medium-hard rock support layers. An enlarged excavation device called the GSB bucket is attached to the tip of the casing of a general-purpose full-rotation drilling machine, and the bottom of the hole is enlarged using the rotational torque of the full-rotation drilling machine and the hydraulic telescopic arm of the GSB bucket. Since the amount of casing penetration and the extension of the arm can be managed in 1 cm increments, it allows for the construction of inclined sections with a maximum inclination angle of 12 degrees. 【Features】 ■ Enlarged excavation can be performed in very hard rock ■ Minimal pile core deviation and high vertical accuracy ■ Simple equipment for enlarged excavation ■ Adaptable to changing ground conditions ■ Capable of handling underground obstacles within a series of drilling processes *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Futaba Materials Co., Ltd. is developing its business with two main pillars: the construction sector and the welfare services sector. We offer various construction methods, including the "SY Method," which allows for the installation of enlarged piles with five times the support capacity even in narrow sites using a mechanical widening bucket, and the "GSB Method," which enables the construction of enlarged piles in soft and medium-hard rock support layers using an all-casing approach. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries.
