In meetings that rely solely on verbal communication, discussions can easily be forgotten, and discrepancies in statements and understanding can lead to "airborne debates." Ideally, it would be beneficial to progress while writing on a whiteboard, but in reality, it is often difficult to accurately organize the flurry of comments, and opportunities to learn this skill may be limited. This training program allows participants to practically learn the skill of "visualizing discussions," which is not often taught in practice, through various exercises such as case studies, videos, and role-playing. Furthermore, the skills learned are not limited to the use of whiteboards; they can also be applied to sharing notes on a computer during telework or web meetings, and to organizing meeting minutes clearly using diagrams and illustrations after the meeting. [Program Overview] ■ Acquisition of foundational knowledge and systematic methodologies for visualizing discussions (three basic patterns of illustration and four practical skills for visualization) ■ Strengthening practical skills through a three-step approach of case discussions, video exercises, and role-playing.
