"Pro Bono Training" is an experiential human resource development program where participants discover real challenges faced by small and venture companies, as well as NGOs, and propose solutions. With the cooperation of support organizations for small businesses and NGOs, we provide experiential learning opportunities through "supporting people," not only for the personnel of large and medium-sized enterprises as part of human resource development training but also for everyone involved.
