We bridge design and structure in a BIM environment and connect it to construction.
The data conversion from structural calculation programs to BIM software often does not go smoothly, and it has become a challenge for data collaboration between design and structure. We are developing the "ASBIM" service to address this issue.
Business Activities
■ASBIM Project We support data integration between BIM software and consistent structural calculation software within the Aspace Group. Furthermore, for notable structural forms such as steel houses and 6-8 story RC wall buildings, you can use the consistent structural calculation software for free. This project can be considered a business model that relies on collaboration with construction method and building material manufacturers for cross-checking. ■Product Sales We sell products from Ark Data Research Institute, a manufacturer certified by the Minister. ■Structural Design We undertake structural design using the free consistent structural calculation software from the ASBIM project. ■Customization Consulting We provide consultations for customization leasing of products offered by our company and AD Corporation. ▼Software Offered ASCAL: Consistent calculation for RC and steel structures (Ministerial certification obtained) ASTIM: Consistent calculation for wooden structures (base software for steel houses) ASQUAN: Quantity of structural materials ASRES: Vibration analysis (promoting the effectiveness of damping devices through furniture tipping animations. Free) ASHFW: Consistent calculation for wall-frame structures
