In the development of next-generation human resources and new business ventures, we will utilize "system thinking that allows for an overview of the whole and the parts, creating new relationships and connections between elements" and "design thinking that leverages human diversity and collective intelligence." Furthermore, we will cultivate human resources capable of utilizing a "systematic approach that integrates diverse expertise while creatively solving problems as a team."
