  Concept Framework Training We will conduct a concentrated one-day PBL-style workshop to create new business concepts from the thoughts of individuals and teams. For team members with limited planning experience, it is common to feel stuck when trying to plan new business initiatives or develop concepts. Therefore, we offer a workshop where even team members with little planning experience can gather their thoughts (with prior preparation) and follow the flow of the concept framework to develop concepts and proposals. This is aimed at workplace teams or early project members. This activity has also been presented as a paper based on empirical data from ANA (2017 Proposal of Framework for Concept Design in a Team: Results of Application to 43 Teams (IEEE)).

  Customer Co-Creation Workshop Training We will conduct a workshop to discover new business opportunities through "co-creation with different industries" and "system design thinking" in one day. Companies with different experiences, typically 2 to 3, will participate in an ideation training session. Case 1: We will explore ideas for co-creating new value connections (no prior preparation required). Case 2: Participants will prepare in advance to propose enhancements to the business model of the partner company (prior preparation required). Participation from the same company is also welcome; collaboration between sales and maintenance departments with different feedback information from customers is effective as well.   Business Architect Training Program The IPA (Information-technology Promotion Agency) identifies "Business Architect" as one of the "human resource types" necessary for promoting DX (Digital Transformation), specifically highlighting the importance of systems engineering methods in new business development. A Business Architect is defined as a person who "sets the objectives to be achieved through DX initiatives and designs the architecture (framework) to realize them." Currently, there are few courses that focus on developing Business Architect talent using next-generation systems engineering methods. We recommend considering this in leading organizations.

  Innovation Architect Training Program Many organizations wish to develop their own innovation architect talent development programs but lack sufficient information. This course will unravel the practical business creation examples of Masaya Yamashita, who created the electronic compass business, which is standardly equipped in smartphones and is recognized as a global innovation (CEO of e-Compass LLC, former Asahi Kasei Group Fellow).
