KMN (Kemun) Method

Introducing an overview of the Kemun ST Kemun construction method!

In our construction materials business, which is engaged in foundation work, we conduct a comparative study of construction methods and propose suitable techniques. The "KMN (Kemun) Method" involves inserting a precast concrete pile with a mixing blade attached to its tip into a drilled and mixed hole, either allowing it to sink or rotating it, to secure it at a specified depth and ensure vertical load-bearing capacity. For excavation, we use an excavation bit, a spiral auger, and a drilling and mixing shaft equipped with mixing blades. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

Drainage pipe renewal method for the first-floor crawl space 'Mole Method' *Replacement without entering the room!

Smooth renovation of facilities for the entire apartment complex! No need for temporary evacuation for first-floor residents, with a significant reduction in noise and dust due to the new construction method.

Our company has developed a groundbreaking underground excavation method called the "Mole Method," which allows for the replacement of underfloor piping without entering the indoor space on the first floor. In the past, when carrying out work on the piping under the first-floor, it was necessary for residents to move to temporary housing. The Mole Method allows work to be conducted by digging from outside the building into the underfloor, significantly reducing the burden of construction time on those living on the first floor to nearly zero, eliminating feelings of unfairness based on the floor level of the residence. ◎ You can view the details of the Mole Method and a list of construction achievements by downloading the PDF! 【Benefits of the Mole Method】 - No entry work required inside first-floor residences. - No need for first-floor residents to temporarily evacuate during construction. - Since the work is primarily conducted outdoors, noise and dust are significantly reduced. - No damage to the building's underground beams. - After construction, the excavated areas are completely backfilled, ensuring no reduction in the building's structural integrity. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

GEOTETS method for smoothly advancing disaster recovery construction work.

Many have been adopted for the reconstruction projects of the Great East Japan Earthquake! Approximately 12,000 tons of used steel sheet piles have been reused!

The "GEOTETS Method" is a unique construction technique that allows for the safe extraction of steel sheet piles, retaining piles, and pre-cast piles. In the area surrounding Sendai Airport, which suffered significant tsunami damage, multiple pump stations were constructed as part of recovery work to enhance drainage functions associated with the installation of a tsunami defense line. The approximately 5 km long pipeline connecting to the pump stations was in close proximity to residential areas and buried pipes, leading to the adoption of this method to prevent business losses due to the extraction of steel sheet piles. The main reasons for the adoption of this method are as follows: ■ Steel sheet piles can be reused, making it an effective means in an environment of material shortages following the earthquake. It is an environmentally conscious construction method. ■ It can highly suppress subsidence in the surrounding ground during extraction. ■ It can reduce costs compared to leaving steel sheet piles in place. Subsequent technological developments have increased the filling speed to more than twice that of the time during the earthquake recovery, shortening the construction period. As a result, significant cost reductions were achieved. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

A filling method that allows for the safe extraction of steel sheet piles in close proximity to railways.

"Over 850 construction achievements" The 'GEOTETS method' ensures no underground obstacles are left due to abandonment (burial)! It minimizes impact on the surrounding area and also addresses soil contamination measures.

The "GEOTETS Method" (Simultaneous Filling Method for Retaining Material Extraction) is a construction method that allows for the safe extraction of steel sheet piles, retaining piles, and pre-cast piles even in close proximity to railways. In recent years, with the active redevelopment and elevation of railway lines, there has been a growing need to mitigate the impact on surrounding lines and facilities. In areas close to important structures such as railways, there is often a significant amount of retained soil material. This method allows for simultaneous filling from pre-installed filling pipes while extracting, addressing the voids created by the extraction. ■ Mitigation of impact on neighboring lines and surrounding facilities ■ Highly suppresses ground subsidence around the extraction area ■ Over 400 successful applications (including JR, Kintetsu, Tobu Railway, Hankyu Railway, etc.) ■ Environmentally friendly method as steel sheet piles can be reused ■ Other applications include construction in reservoirs and river embankments, soil contamination measures, and pile extraction.

GEOTETS method for safely extracting steel sheet piles near sewer pipes.

Don't you think it's natural to leave steel sheet piles in place during construction near sewer pipes? With this method, you can safely extract the steel sheet piles and suppress subsidence.

When performing soil retention with temporary materials in areas close to important structures such as buried water and sewage pipes, significant impacts on the surrounding ground can occur during the extraction of steel sheet piles, often resulting in the sinking of buried pipes or business losses due to building compensation. The GEOTETS method is a technique you should know about to prevent such issues! This method simultaneously fills the void created by extraction using a filling pipe that has been pre-installed while the extraction is taking place. Under conditions where there are various ground conditions and differences in extraction machinery, it has become possible to highly suppress ground displacement after extraction, allowing for the safe retrieval of soil retention materials. 【The GEOTETS method can solve the following concerns】 ■ Want to reduce costs in nearby construction ■ Want to prevent business losses ■ Want to reduce environmental impact by reusing steel sheet piles ■ Want to perform construction underwater For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us!

"Metal knit burner mold heating" reduces mold damage with uniform heating.

Metal knit for mold heating! It reduces damage to molds (localized heating and oxidation)! Custom designs can be made to fit the mold shape, achieving uniform heating.

The "Metal Knit Burner," ideal for mold heating, eliminates excess combustion air and achieves "gentle yet rapid heating for molds" through the synergistic effect of heat flow and infrared. Unlike traditional torch gas burners, it does not produce unnecessary flames, improving the surrounding environment and achieving significant energy savings. In the casting of automotive parts, which requires strict quality control, we can quickly and evenly heat the necessary parts of each mold, receiving positive feedback such as "no need for waste shots." We have a wealth of experience both domestically and internationally. We can design according to the shape of the mold, so please feel free to consult us. 【Features】 ■ Combustion set with safety device = combined with a pack mixer for quick on-site installation ■ Can be made into a mobile unit, allowing the burner set to be used only when needed ■ Uses heat-resistant alloy fibers *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Parabola Method for Iron Cover Repair

A new method for maintaining and repairing manhole covers through circular ball cutting.

In the "Parabola Method," a circular cutting pavement cutter is equipped with a spherical diamond blade to cut the surface into a circular shape by rotating 360 degrees over the iron cover, and maintenance and repair work on the iron cover is carried out using non-shrink mortar. The circular cutting pavement cutter, which can be moved independently, reduces the scope of traffic regulation and allows for construction to be completed in a short time. Additionally, the removal of the cut block involves cutting the fastening bolts, and it is a quiet method that allows for detachment and removal using a lifter without the use of a crusher. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Features】 ■ Accurate construction of spherical shapes ■ Construction possible at one location within 3 hours ■ Cut blocks can be removed without crushing ■ Mortar achieves strength suitable for traffic opening one hour after application, even under adverse conditions ■ Zero rubbing flat finish is possible ■ The finishing compaction process can be eliminated *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
