9000 Trimmer Roadbed Stabilization Method

Introduction to Machine Control Roadbed Improvement Method / Machine Control Series

The construction method is an automatic control system developed for high-precision subgrade leveling. A TS sighting mast is erected on the trimmer's machine frame, with a 360° prism installed at its tip. The position coordinate data of the trimmer is transmitted to the machine PC via a wireless communication modem mounted on an automatic tracking TS. By outputting the correction calculation values to the hydraulic control machine controller of the main body, the trimmer head (position, height, slope) and the travel steering (direction) are automatically controlled to the specified reference design position through hydraulic control. 【Main Specifications】 - The width of the trimmer head can accommodate construction of 3.25m, 3.86m, and 4.47m by replacing extensions. - The conveyor can swing 60° to the left and right, and the elevation height is H4.0m. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Road construction method "Metal Road Method" [For road construction in steep slopes of mountainous areas!]

JFE Civil's unique construction method suitable for road construction on steep slopes in mountainous areas! Strong against "earthquakes" and "heavy rain," and quick to "recover."

The "Metal Road Construction Method" is a "three-dimensional frame prefabricated bridge" used for "permanent roads" where the piles at the grid points are rigidly connected to the cross beams and main beams. Since it is not a wall structure, it is less affected by backwater. By embedding the piles into the supporting ground, it provides stable support for road structures. Additionally, it allows for designs that consider the disappearance of failure layers such as landslides. Please feel free to contact us when you need our services. 【Three Reasons for Disaster Resistance】 ■ High durability structure ■ Supported by a bearing layer ■ Design based on disaster scenarios *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

FRP Bridge Vacuum Infusion Method

A bridge that is resistant to salt damage, lightweight, high-strength, and does not decay.

Vacuum Infusion The entire glass fiber mat layered on the mold is covered with a film and sealed, creating a complete vacuum state by removing the air from the glass fiber layer. Next, using the power of the vacuum, polyester resin is injected into the glass fiber layer, ensuring it spreads evenly to create a uniform and strong FRP laminate. This manufacturing method is referred to as "Vacuum Infusion (VI)." This technique is also used in the production of large blades for wind turbines and yacht hulls. Laminates produced using this method are used in the structural components of FRP bridges. The high glass fiber content allows for lightweight and strong laminates, and there is the advantage of being able to produce very large laminate sheets. The shape of the mold can be freely designed, whether flat or curved, enabling the creation of elegantly shaped bridge girders.

【Pin Foundation Construction Example】Difficult-to-install locations on steep slopes with standard foundations.

Simple foundation construction method for NETIS registration! We will introduce examples of construction in locations where conventional foundations are difficult to install on steep slopes.

Introducing an example of the pin foundation method in locations where it is difficult to install a standard foundation on steep slopes. In the case of standard concrete foundations, the weight can lead to sliding issues on steep slopes, resulting in large-scale foundation work. However, with the pin foundation method, it is possible to achieve deep anchoring by using longer driven pins, allowing for the easy construction of effective foundations even on steep slopes. 【Example】 ■ Nishikaibashi Park (Nagasaki Prefecture) ■ Structure: Effective width 2.0m, column pitch 1.5m to 2.0m ■ Materials used: - Handrail: Ipe wood, Jatoba wood - Decking: Ipe wood - Structural materials: Aluminum alloy, Angelim wood, Ipe wood ■ Foundation type: DP-M For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

【Pin Foundation Construction Example】Difficult Locations for Other Foundation Methods

Simple foundation methods for NETIS registration! We will introduce examples of construction in locations where other foundation methods are difficult.

Places where other foundation methods are difficult We will introduce examples of the pin foundation method. Due to weak ground, there are sites where foundation work becomes extensive, sites where draining water from ponds or canals incurs significant costs, or sites where transporting materials is very labor-intensive. In such cases, the lightweight pin foundation method, which can be constructed manually, is optimal. Depending on the case, it is also possible to significantly reduce the cost of foundation work. 【Examples】 ■ National Okinawa Memorial Park Ocean Expo Park (Okinawa Prefecture) ■ Structure: Effective width 2.0m, column pitch 3.0m ■ Materials used - Railing: FRP - Floorboard: FRP - Structural materials: Steel, FRP ■ Foundation type: DP-75, DP-100 *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
