Reduction of the number of piles due to the long span girder construction! Temporary bridge and temporary pier construction using a 20m span unified erection method.
The "L Pier Construction Method" utilizes high-strength materials for the fabrication of girders and steel pipe piles, allowing for the use of large construction machinery capable of operating in an 8-meter width, achieving a maximum span length of 20 meters through vertical installation.
This method can accommodate year-round placement within rivers, eliminating the need for repeated installation and removal during non-flood periods. As a result, it can be utilized for the construction, renewal, and maintenance of large river structures such as long bridges, as well as for wide-ranging disaster recovery and reconstruction projects, including construction piers, detours, and emergency bridges. It is the first long-span compatible LIBRA bridge.
By connecting the pile frame with brace pipes and brace materials in a ground assembly and installing them as a unit, the need for lifting operations is eliminated, enhancing safety.
**Features**
- By pre-installing the assembled upper panels through reaction poles, safety and workability are improved.
- The use of high-strength materials for the main frame enhances quality and strength.
- Connecting the pile frame with brace pipes and brace materials in a ground assembly and installing them as a unit eliminates the need for lifting operations, improving safety.
