Hidamari Method

Prevent moisture accumulation within the walls and inhibit the growth of bacteria and mold. We improve the wall environment with a simple construction method.

The "Hidamari Method" is a technology that can retroactively solve the problem of condensation inside concrete walls. Even if you take measures to prevent moisture from entering the walls using common methods or to avoid temperature differences between the outside air and the indoor environment, condensation will still occur if moisture accumulates. This method focuses on what happens after moisture has entered, using "Thermo Wool HS" to regulate humidity to a level that is less conducive to the growth of bacteria and mold, and simultaneously applying "Lifeguard Coating HS" to prevent bacteria and mold from settling, creating an environment where they cannot establish themselves inside the walls. 【Features】 ■ Condensation prevention ■ Mold prevention ■ Does not allow moisture to accumulate inside the walls, preventing the proliferation of bacteria and mold ■ Simple yet highly effective measures ■ Long-term warranty of up to 20 years: peace of mind warranty *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Coating stripping method "IMI method"

A method that combines softeners and high-pressure hot water cleaning! It solves the problems of conventional exterior wall renovation work.

The IMI method is a technique that involves applying a safe biodegradable paint softener to deteriorated existing paint surfaces to soften the paint, followed by the injection of high-pressure hot water for removal. This method minimizes damage to the substrate, offers high efficiency, does not lead to environmental destruction or pollution, is gentle on flora and fauna, and allows for safe and hygienic removal work without compromising safety or sanitation. It is the definitive method for removing existing paint from architectural structures without excessively damaging the substrate and reducing costs in subsequent processes. 【Features】 - Minimizes damage to the substrate while removing existing paint. - Fast removal speed due to the use of hot water, leading to shortened construction periods and reduced costs. - Completely free of chemicals that impose environmental burdens, making it eco-friendly. - Low noise and low vibration, preventing dust pollution. - Particularly effective on elastic and acrylic paint films. For more details, please contact us.

Coating Stripping Method "Background Leading to Development"

Excellent biodegradability! A coating removal method that does not compromise safety or hygiene.

The traditional methods for removing paint films involve techniques such as scraping, sanding, and using stripping agents. However, these methods have issues such as long construction periods and high costs. Furthermore, the process of stripping existing paint films and removing rust can be considered a troublesome task due to problems like noise and dust pollution from the removal equipment. To address these issues, Imai Biso Co., Ltd. has been working on the development of a wall paint film renovation method (IMI method). **Features of the IMI Method:** - Minimally damages the substrate while stripping existing paint films. - Uses hot water, resulting in a fast stripping speed, which shortens the construction period and reduces costs. - Does not add any chemicals that impose an environmental burden, making it eco-friendly. - Operates with low noise and low vibration, preventing dust pollution. - Particularly effective against elastic and acrylic paint films. For more details, please contact us.

Environmentally friendly paint film stripping method that does not damage the substrate 【*NETIS registered】

Combining softeners and high-pressure hot water cleaning! What is the "IMI method" that solves the problems of conventional methods? *Many successful cases available.

The coating removal method "IMI Method" is the most advanced system method that solves the problems of conventional methods by combining a softening agent and high-pressure hot water washing. It removes existing coatings on steel structures and concrete structures equivalent to two types of substrate preparation. By applying the undiluted solution directly to the existing coating and leaving it for 1 to 24 hours, the binding strength of the particles and the resin that connects them in the existing coating is weakened, making the removal process easier by also reducing the adhesive strength. *Registered with NETIS! The following conventional issues are resolved with the IMI Method. 【Features】 ○ A method that uses organic solvents to soften and remove coatings ○ No dust generation ○ Biodegradable, with no harmful substances remaining on the removal surface ★ This method was used for the roof of the "Yoyogi National Gymnasium." *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog to view.

Water Jet (WJ) Method - Repair and Reinforcement Work for Concrete Structures

Utilizing "concrete chipping treatment" with ultra-high pressure water (water jet), it can be used for various seismic reinforcement foundation works!

This is an introduction to comprehensive seismic reinforcement work centered around "concrete chipping treatment" using ultra-high-pressure jets. Without damaging the rebar, we can chip away the specified volume while ensuring adhesion strength with the sound parts, making it a foundational work for seismic reinforcement. We have been utilizing this method through joint development with management organizations and companies of various structures.

Water Jet (WJ) Method - Pitacolumn Method

- Short construction period! - Seismic reinforcement completed with only external work! - Assigned method certification technical personnel to the headquarters (Nagoya), Tokyo branch, and Osaka branch!

As a member of the Pitacolumn Construction Method Association, we have accumulated a track record of construction achievements. Please consider us as a reliable seismic reinforcement method. ● We have assigned two certified "construction managers" in Tokyo, four in Nagoya, and three in Osaka to respond to requests from a wide area. ● The Pitacolumn (Plate Included concrete Tightly Attached column) method is one of the seismic reinforcement methods that allows reinforcement work to be carried out while the building is in use. ● The construction method involves first installing post-installed anchors at regular intervals on the existing columns to be reinforced. Steel plates (plates) are then attached to the anchors installed at a position 10 cm from the existing columns. Additionally, elliptical shear reinforcement bars (hoops) are distributed at regular intervals around these steel plates. Finally, approximately 20 cm thick concrete is poured to encase these elements, completing the work. The basic concept of Pitacolumn is to perform seismic reinforcement work without entering the interior of the building. ● Technical evaluation obtained from the Japan Architectural Disaster Prevention Association (July 13, 2001) ● Patent No. 3051071 ● Trademark Registration No. 4233798 ... Reinforcement of the breakwater using ground anchors.

An approach to resilient structures! Proposals from SE for earthquake and tsunami countermeasures.

In this document, SE is proposing the reinforcement of breakwaters using ground anchors as a measure against earthquakes and tsunamis in its environmental disaster prevention projects. The Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred on March 11, 2011, caused significant damage due to tsunamis. Coastal structures of breakwaters that did not anticipate external forces from tsunamis experienced major deformations such as toppling and washing away. On the other hand, breakwaters that demonstrated resilience, even when deformed by wave forces, contributed significantly to disaster reduction by delaying the arrival time of tsunamis to urban areas. Based on these experiences, breakwaters are required to have resilient structures, and our breakwater reinforcement anchor method is introduced as a reference technology in the "Guidelines for Tsunami Resistance Design of Breakwaters." [Contents] ■ Approach to "Resilient Structures" ■ Breakwater Reinforcement Anchor Method ■ SEEE Ground Anchor *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Shuanghe Chemical Industry Bathing Space

Bathroom renovation method 'Yokuhari Space' proposed by FRP waterproofing manufacturers.

The waterproof pans in bathrooms of apartment buildings that are over 20 years old pose a risk of leakage due to aging. To prevent troubles before they occur, we recommend repairing or replacing old waterproof pans. You can choose the construction method based on the shape and condition of the bathroom. Additionally, for renovations of traditional bathrooms (tiled bathrooms), "bathroom renovation space" is optimal. We will renovate the floor, walls, and ceiling of bathrooms that cannot accommodate a unit bath to have a "unit bath style."
