RC external insulation ventilation method "Opus One"

External insulation ventilation method using separation holes that do not damage the body.

The RC external insulation ventilation method "Opus One" that we provide adopts a dry construction method with an excellent performance ventilation layer, smoothly discharging moisture and rainwater from the outside through the ventilation layer, and maintaining the insulation material in a dry state. Using non-combustible materials such as large tile exterior finishing materials, insulation materials, and substrate materials, we create a space between the exterior materials and securely fix it with a dedicated HT-B shaft utilizing the separators (holes) generated when pouring concrete. 【Features of the External Insulation Method】 ■ Reduces temperature fluctuations, creating a comfortable indoor space that is gentle on the residents' bodies ■ Prevents condensation, suppresses the growth of mold and mites, and achieves a clean indoor environment ■ Protects the building from the outside, ensuring a long-lasting structure and maintaining high asset value ■ Contributes to energy savings, CO2 reduction, and waste reduction through high insulation and longevity, protecting the global environment ■ Allows for a seamless renovation from traditional internal insulation buildings to external insulation buildings *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Non-destructive testing series for roads: "Road Structure Diagnosis System using FWD"

From partial excavation surveys to overall repair ranking evaluation of the route! Non-destructive investigation of roads.

We would like to introduce our non-destructive testing series for roads, the "Road Structure Diagnosis System using FWD." By using a load generation device mounted inside the vehicle, we apply an impact load to the pavement that is almost equivalent to that of a large vehicle, and measure the deflection shape of the pavement surface. By analyzing the "pavement deflection" measured by the FWD measurement vehicle, we can non-destructively evaluate the condition of the pavement. 【On-site Measurement, Evaluation, and Diagnosis Flow】 ■ Measurement of deflection using FWD ■ Evaluation of pavement condition ■ Proposal of repair methods ■ Development of repair plans *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

External insulation double ventilation exterior wall renovation method "SOIV method"

We propose a breathable exterior wall renovation suitable for Japan's climate!

Our company utilizes existing walls as insulation and creates a ventilation area on the outside to allow moisture to pass through. We then cover that side with aluminum siding, implementing the 'SOIV Method,' an external insulation double-ventilation wall renovation technique. The ventilation layer created between the siding and the existing wall controls temperature differences, creating an ideal living space that is cool in summer and warm in winter. Furthermore, it prevents indoor moisture from being trapped within the walls and expels it outdoors, thus preventing the occurrence of condensation, which can lead to dust mites and mold. 【Features】 ■ Mold and condensation have disappeared ■ Warm in winter, cool in summer ■ Maintenance-free *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

STJ Method for Expanding and Reinforcing Underground Excavation

Since continuous work can be done with one machine, the construction efficiency is good and the construction cost is low.

The "STJ Method" is a construction technique that integrates the pile body and the bulb by hardening the ground improvement liquid that is injected at high pressure into the tip of the pile, thereby realizing the pile's bearing capacity. The construction uses a spiral auger equipped with an STJ bit, installing the pile through a middle excavation utilizing the hollow part of the pile, and jetting cement milk with a high-pressure pump to create an enlarged bulb, resulting in low noise and low vibration. 【Features】 ■ Reliable construction of enlarged bulbs ■ High bearing capacity ■ Rapid construction ■ Low construction costs ■ Low earth-displacement method *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Earth Drill Type Enlarged Base Pile Method "HND Method"

By systematizing the construction management device, we will ensure the reliable execution of expanded shapes and hole bottom treatment!

The "HND method" is a construction technique that involves using an earth drill excavator's drilling bucket to excavate the shaft of a pile to a specified depth in the bearing layer, and then using a bell-shaped bucket to expand the excavation in a conical shape, creating a cast-in-place concrete pile with a larger tip area. As a result, it achieves bearing capacity equivalent to that of a straight pile, and compared to straight piles with the same load-bearing capacity, it significantly reduces the amount of excavated soil and concrete, allowing for not only a shortened construction period but also cost savings. 【Features】 ■ By using a belled pile, equivalent bearing capacity can be achieved even with a smaller shaft diameter. ■ Reduction in concrete volume and excavated soil volume. ■ Reduced environmental impact. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

When troubled by mold growth or salt damage: Examples of flooring installation in the seafood industry.

I was struggling with mold issues when I heard about the Eucrete method from a trading company representative and decided to adopt it.

We would like to introduce a flooring installation example by Asahi Coating for the seafood industry. The seafood industry often involves working with flowing water, making it difficult to keep the floor dry, which leads to a high risk of mold growth. Additionally, due to the high salt content, salt damage is also likely to occur. To address this, we adopted the "Eucleet Method," which is highly resistant to chemicals and can withstand the harsh working conditions of the seafood industry. While our standard method also offers excellent chemical resistance and helps suppress mold growth, we have an option to add a mold inhibitor for particularly poor usage conditions. **Results** - Adopted in seafood-related environments with no windows and poor ventilation, there has been no sign of mold growth even after about four years. - Regarding salt damage, areas with bare concrete deteriorated quickly, but after the Eucleet installation, there have been no issues at all. **Image Descriptions** 1st image: Newly constructed soup factory in the ramen industry. 2nd image: Indoor fish processing facility with no windows at all. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

We would like to introduce a case study of underground obstacle removal conducted by our company. In Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, where the Shinkansen runs nearby, we used the SR45 multi-drill to remove a site construction pile with a diameter of 1200 mm and a depth of 22 m. The removal of the site construction pile in a narrow area was extremely challenging, but by utilizing our uniquely developed Kelly grab, 3D bucket, and lightweight power jack, we were able to achieve a smooth removal. 【Case Overview】 ■ Project Name: SR45 Multi-Drill Method - Underground Obstacle Removal ■ Construction Date: September 11, 2021 ■ Location: Hon-Ishicho, Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo ■ Details: Diameter 1200 mm, Depth 22 m *For more details, please download the PDF from the related link or contact us.
