Using an accurate control system for heating and cooling! Adjustable to any intensity according to customer requirements.
"ITW" is a high-quality spring steel wire that utilizes high-frequency induction heating technology. Due to rapid and short-time austenitization through high-frequency induction heating, fine crystal grains are obtained, and surface decarburization or oxidation of grain boundaries hardly occurs. Additionally, the synergistic effect of fine quenching structures and high-frequency short-time tempering allows for the simultaneous achievement of high strength and high toughness. [Features] - Minimal surface decarburization and oxidation of grain boundaries - Simultaneous attainment of high strength and high toughness - Adjustable to any desired strength according to customer requirements - Uniform strength is achieved throughout the entire length of the product - Variation in strength between product coils is kept to a very small level *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
