Well drilling construction "Donut Drill Method" (Old Well Restoration)

Many achievements! A groundbreaking method that completely revitalizes the structure of old wells as if they were brand new. It allows for the use of existing land and facilities, contributing to cost reduction!

Using a donut drill machine developed independently, we excavate the outer circumference of old wells in a donut shape down to the bottom of the well, extracting all structural components from the screen and casing pipes to the filling gravel, thereby regenerating the well structure. Our method, utilizing the latest technology in materials and finishing techniques, offers excellent water lifting efficiency and provides high-quality wells that do not produce sand. 【Benefits】 1. Unlike conventional double casing construction or renovation work, we fundamentally resolve various troubles. 2. The well is reborn as a high-quality well that does not produce sand. * We conduct sand discharge measurement, with a delivery condition of 5 mg/L or less, but the actual sand discharge is below 1 mg/L. 3. There is no need to acquire new land. 4. Existing water supply pipes and electrical equipment can be reused, reducing overall construction costs. The "Donut Drill Method" is widely adopted in public facilities and private factories across the country.

"Three S G Method" A deep mixing treatment method that pursues economic efficiency and high quality.

Over 8,700 construction achievements across all 47 prefectures in Japan! Thanks to our original construction quality management method, quality verification can be done as early as one day after construction!

In the construction method of the mechanical stirring type deep mixing treatment using conventional cement-based solidifying material slurry, a new technology has been introduced by installing the cement milk discharge ports above and below the stirring blades. During excavation, slurry is injected from the lower discharge port, and during extraction, it is injected from the upper discharge port, maximizing stirring efficiency and enabling the creation of high-quality improved bodies with minimal strength variation. (The stirring device has been patented.) Furthermore, as a result of pursuing quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, significant improvements have been realized through this new technology. In 2007, it obtained a construction technology performance certification from the Japan Building Disaster Prevention Association as the "Three S G Method." In 2009, the first revision was made, and the "Three S G-cube Method" (G-Cube Method) was developed for small-scale buildings. In 2011, a second revision was made based on accumulated construction results, achieving an expansion of the application range and a significant improvement in cost performance. Efforts are also being made to enhance practical training within the method association. Various training programs for obtaining certification have been recognized as eligible for subsidies from the Human Resource Development Support Grant (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare) and the Small and Medium Enterprises Capability Development Grant (JMAF Foundation), establishing an educational system for method engineers.

Surface ground improvement method

The depth of improvement is about 2 meters from the ground surface! It is mainly used in ground conditions where the soft layer is thin.

This technology involves spraying cement-based solidifying materials onto soft soil, mixing and stirring it with the original ground soil, and utilizing the hydration hardening reaction of the improvement agent to stabilize the soil. When large vehicles run directly on soft ground, their tires quickly sink, making it impossible to move. However, by laying down steel plates or gravel, they can move freely. Similarly, by creating a hard artificial layer on the surface of soft ground, surface ground improvement supports buildings. The depth of the improvement extends to about 2 meters from the ground surface. 【Features】 ■ Spraying cement-based solidifying materials on soft soil ■ Utilizing the hydration hardening reaction of the improvement agent ■ Stabilizing the soil *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
