Paved Surface Installation Type Parking Lot Greening Method "Tough Tough Park 55"

We can convert the existing parking lot into green space with the maximum area and the shortest construction period.

【Features】 ■ Direct installation on existing pavement! ■ Possible to construct in divided small areas ■ Green coverage rate of over 90% ■ Elimination of height differences with existing pavement is also possible There is no need for the removal of existing asphalt or earthworks, which can reduce removal and disposal costs. The construction period can also be shortened, allowing for minimal yard work even when a factory is operational or alternative parking cannot be provided. If lowering is required, separate consideration for drainage methods (such as buried drains) will be necessary. If alternative parking spaces cannot be secured during the construction period, the construction area can be divided for execution. There have been cases where approximately 100 parking spaces were constructed in three phases (approximately 10 to 20 spaces over about 5 days). The protruding parts of the grass protection material are designed to withstand the minimum necessary pressure and load (supporting a total weight of 25 tons), protecting the grass from damage caused by vehicle pressure and abrasion. During expansions or renovations of factories, the maximum green space can be secured within limited areas such as employee parking lots, compensating for any lack of green space. (The criteria for inclusion in green space may vary by municipality) *Please feel free to contact us for more details.

Construction method "Ladder Frame Method"

For the prevention of weak ground and uneven settlement! A ladder-type wooden construction method applicable to various foundation reinforcements.

The "Ladder Beam Construction Method" is a technique used for foundation reinforcement when the ground supporting the main structure is weak, or when the geology and superimposed loads are uneven. Since it is buried underground, it is resistant to decay, and there is no need for preservative treatment for the foundation wood, cross beams, or foundation work. 【Features】 ■ Foundation wood and cross beams are arranged in a ladder shape ■ The basic processing of the wood is a drum drop ■ Since it is processed in advance at the factory and then delivered to the site, assembly management is easy ■ Prevents uneven settlement of the facility ■ Resistant to decay *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Insulation performance of rock wool

The more fiber strands there are, the better the prevention of insulation performance decline! We will introduce insulation performance by temperature range.

The insulation effect of "rock wool" is demonstrated by the fact that over 95% of its volume is occupied by air, which is separated into fine gaps by fibers, making it difficult for the air to move. As the temperature of the air within the rock wool rises, it becomes more active, leading to a decrease in insulation performance with the increase in ambient temperature. However, the higher the density, meaning the greater the number of fibers per unit volume, the more resistance to air flow increases, preventing a decline in insulation performance. "Roxceram" is excellent in fire resistance and can be used as an insulation material even in high-temperature areas of around 400°C, making it widely utilized under harsh conditions such as in plant equipment. For more details, please refer to the PDF download below. 【Insulation Performance by Temperature Range】 ■ Low Temperature Range (below 100°C) - It shows a minimum value with a density of 80-100 kg/m³, but there is no significant difference across the entire density range. ■ High Temperature Range (above 100°C) - Above 100°C, the thermal conductivity increases quadratically with rising temperature. - This trend becomes milder as the density increases. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
