Off-site construction method for air conditioning equipment "Vispaire Frame"

Since it can be delivered using a dedicated cart, the packaging material is limited to minimal protection, and individual material arrangements are not necessary!

The "Bispire Frame" is an off-site construction method for air conditioning equipment that significantly reduces on-site work time, contributing to shorter construction periods. By streamlining the workforce on-site and shortening the construction period, costs are reduced. Multiple contractors (for equipment installation, ductwork, and insulation) can be handled by a single contractor. Additionally, since it can be transported in unit form, the hassle of gathering related materials at a cluttered storage area is eliminated. **Benefits of Off-Site Production of Air Conditioning Equipment** - Shortened construction period - Standardization of quality - Space-saving on-site - Cost reduction - Safety for workers - Environmentally friendly construction site *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

Off-site construction method for air conditioning equipment "A Frame"

The adoption of the slab attachment enables the offset of the insert and the hanging bolt!

The "A Frame" is an off-site construction method for air conditioning equipment aimed at concealed PAC (package air conditioning) and FCU (fan coil units). Even if insert differences occur, the slide function of the main beam and sub-beam allows for the adjustment of the position of vibration-proof fittings (suspension bolts). Since the position of the suspension bolts can be aligned, the installation of post-construction anchors can be omitted. Additionally, by pre-packaging related materials such as bracing fittings and suspension bolts, the time spent searching for parts can be eliminated, significantly reducing on-site work time. 【Points】 ■ Improved seismic resistance ■ Cost reduction + shortened construction period ■ Cost reduction + increased productivity ■ Quality improvement ■ Enhanced safety + shortened construction period *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

SCFR method

For preventing root rot of steel pipe columns such as lighting poles, sign poles, utility poles, pedestrian bridges, park playground equipment, and buildings!

The "SCFR method" is a repair and reinforcement technique that enables long lifespan through stable "prevention of external corrosion and increase in plate thickness" using SCFR sheets made of carbon fiber. By using a lattice-like carbon fiber reinforced plastic sheet, grease-like epoxy resin, and epoxy resin that can bond firmly with steel plates, it exhibits strong adhesion and bonding strength. It theoretically demonstrates an "increase in plate thickness effect of (0.4mm × number of sheets)" and ensures the necessary load-bearing capacity. 【Features】 ■ Corrosion prevention effect ■ Load-bearing capacity increase effect (plate thickness can be increased) ■ Performance stability effect (high-quality construction is possible) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Precast concrete residual formwork method

Ensuring safety in underwater construction and the ability to plan offshore construction, which is easily affected by weather and sea conditions, is possible!

The "Precast Concrete Residual Formwork Method" is a technique that utilizes precast concrete formwork as part of the structure to efficiently and safely implement underwater concrete "belly work" for maintaining, improving, or enhancing the performance of existing facilities such as gravity-type berthing structures (quays and wharves) made of concrete. This method allows for phased construction underwater, offering advantages in terms of shortened construction periods and safety. Additionally, by using precast concrete residual formwork as a method for extending the lifespan of fishing port facilities, it addresses the challenges associated with traditional underwater construction, contributing to improved construction efficiency and worker safety as a standard method. 【Features】 - Requires less workspace since large-scale formwork assembly and post-construction removal work on land are unnecessary. - Reduces the width of the belly work of the structure, thereby decreasing the amount of underwater concrete required. - Enables a reduction in construction time. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

[Case Study] Professionals in Corrosion-Resistant Lining

Professional in corrosion-resistant lining

Due to the presence of delamination and cracks between the substrate and the corrosion-resistant lining inside the exhaust gas treatment device chimney, we have received inquiries regarding the investigation of the delamination causes of the existing lining and consultations for extending its lifespan during the renewal process. 1. The existing lining was installed by the plant manufacturer at the time of equipment introduction, so the details such as the construction method, components, and film thickness are unknown. 2. Since the existing lining became unusable in about 6 years, we would like to ensure a durability of over 10 years for the renewal. 3. It is necessary to extend the lifespan while staying within the specified budget and construction period.

【Cutting Report】HORN S45C Processing Case: Comparison of Chip Formation with Different Breakers

Conducting a comparison test for cutting edge processing! Please refer to this if you are having trouble with chip disposal.

The material being machined this time is S45C, and we performed interrupted cutting using three different types of HORN breakers to compare chip removal. As additional information, we also measured not only the chips but also the arithmetic average roughness Ra (μm) and the maximum height of the profile Pt (μm). The machining was done under the same conditions, with an insert width of 2.0 mm, a cutting speed of 180 m/min, a constant peripheral speed, and a feed rate of 0.08 mm/rev for comparison. Each breaker has different characteristics, and you should be able to see the differences in the chips. *For detailed content of the column, please refer to the related link. Waterproof layer renovation method for achieving the long lifespan of facilities! Narlite injection method.

Revitalize the waterproofing layer using asphalt waterproofing! Introducing a waterproofing layer renovation method that achieves the longevity of facilities.

The waterproof layer regeneration method "Narlight Injection Method" is a technique that creates a waterproof membrane between the pressure layer and the slab concrete without removing the pressure layer. By injecting a special resin into the gaps between the pressure concrete and the waterproof layer, as well as between the slab and the waterproof layer, it blocks the pathways for water intrusion and cracks in the structure, thereby regenerating the deteriorated waterproof layer to a sound condition. The asphalt waterproof layer adopted during construction remains in good condition even after 30 years, and there is still ample potential for its continued use. Additionally, under the protective specifications of asphalt waterproofing, the injected special resin is shielded from UV rays and heat by the protective layer, allowing for long-term durability. The Narlight Injection Method addresses the above challenges, enabling a reduction in the frequency of lifetime renovations, a decrease in CO2 emissions, and a reduction in running costs. *For more details, please download the materials or contact us.
