[Case Study] Professionals in Corrosion-Resistant Lining

Professional in corrosion-resistant lining

Due to the presence of delamination and cracks between the substrate and the corrosion-resistant lining inside the exhaust gas treatment device chimney, we have received inquiries regarding the investigation of the delamination causes of the existing lining and consultations for extending its lifespan during the renewal process. 1. The existing lining was installed by the plant manufacturer at the time of equipment introduction, so the details such as the construction method, components, and film thickness are unknown. 2. Since the existing lining became unusable in about 6 years, we would like to ensure a durability of over 10 years for the renewal. 3. It is necessary to extend the lifespan while staying within the specified budget and construction period.

Structural member/SRC super high base method

Based on abundant experience, we support the pursuit of functional and economical new seismic-resistant architecture.

The SRC Super High Base Method has been significantly improved from the conventional SRC High Base Method to adapt to an environment where the transformation of building technology, such as amendments to the Building Standards Act, standardization of new construction steel materials, and performance-based structural design, has become remarkable, requiring higher levels of technology and quality control. In May 2000, it received ministerial certification as the SRC Super High Base Method, and further adapted to subsequent legal amendments, obtaining certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in March 2002. The SRC Super High Base Method supports new earthquake-resistant construction with a product variation that pursues functionality and cost-effectiveness based on extensive experience. Smart Dia II Method

Reduction of steel frame manufacturing labor and shortening of construction period achieved! Replacement from conventional methods is possible.

The construction method allows for the reduction of the size of upper floor columns compared to lower floor columns without using tapered columns in the panel zone, utilizing a through diaphragm method. Since general straight steel pipes can be used for the panel section, a simple design is possible. Additionally, it enables a reduction in construction time due to decreased processing man-hours. 【Features】 ■ Labor-saving in the production of panel zones ■ Reduction of steel fabrication man-hours and shortening of construction periods ■ Compatible with middle columns, side columns, and corner columns ■ Applicable to brace connections ■ Expansion of column size reduction dimensions for upper and lower floor columns up to 150mm ■ Usable with a variety of column materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Steel beam penetration hole reinforcement method "PosiRing Method" [Shortens steel fabrication time]

A penetration hole reinforcement method that emphasizes welding volume and workability for small to medium-sized properties with many penetration holes below φ300, aiming for labor-saving efficiency!

The Posiring method is a construction technique that reinforces through-holes provided in steel beams. The "Posiring method" being released this time is a product developed specifically for small to medium-sized projects with many through-holes of φ300 or less, focusing on reducing welding volume and improving workability for labor-saving purposes. 【Features】 ■ No need for marking and flipping the beams. This can shorten the manufacturing time of the steel structure. By inserting the protrusion to align with the lower hole, positioning can be achieved, allowing the marking work to be omitted. Additionally, since flipping the beams is not necessary, the manufacturing time of the steel structure can be reduced. ■ Construction is possible with fillet welding. Welding volume can be reduced. The installation is completed by performing fillet welding around the entire circumference of the Posiring. Therefore, after assembly welding, it can be smoothly installed without the need for flipping the beams. ■ It has obtained evaluation from the Japan Building Center. The structural performance and workability have been evaluated based on full-scale experiments and analyses, receiving certification from the Japan Building Center (a public interest incorporated foundation). *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download.

【Cutting Report】HORN S45C Processing Case: Comparison of Chip Formation with Different Breakers

Conducting a comparison test for cutting edge processing! Please refer to this if you are having trouble with chip disposal.

The material being machined this time is S45C, and we performed interrupted cutting using three different types of HORN breakers to compare chip removal. As additional information, we also measured not only the chips but also the arithmetic average roughness Ra (μm) and the maximum height of the profile Pt (μm). The machining was done under the same conditions, with an insert width of 2.0 mm, a cutting speed of 180 m/min, a constant peripheral speed, and a feed rate of 0.08 mm/rev for comparison. Each breaker has different characteristics, and you should be able to see the differences in the chips. *For detailed content of the column, please refer to the related link. Waterproof layer renovation method for achieving the long lifespan of facilities! Narlite injection method.

Revitalize the waterproofing layer using asphalt waterproofing! Introducing a waterproofing layer renovation method that achieves the longevity of facilities.

The waterproof layer regeneration method "Narlight Injection Method" is a technique that creates a waterproof membrane between the pressure layer and the slab concrete without removing the pressure layer. By injecting a special resin into the gaps between the pressure concrete and the waterproof layer, as well as between the slab and the waterproof layer, it blocks the pathways for water intrusion and cracks in the structure, thereby regenerating the deteriorated waterproof layer to a sound condition. The asphalt waterproof layer adopted during construction remains in good condition even after 30 years, and there is still ample potential for its continued use. Additionally, under the protective specifications of asphalt waterproofing, the injected special resin is shielded from UV rays and heat by the protective layer, allowing for long-term durability. The Narlight Injection Method addresses the above challenges, enabling a reduction in the frequency of lifetime renovations, a decrease in CO2 emissions, and a reduction in running costs. *For more details, please download the materials or contact us.

Slope construction method: Cost-reduction type spraying method framework, R.T. frame method.

A spray method frame that can be constructed anywhere in the country, designed for cost reduction! It maintains the strength of conventional spray method frames and simple spray method frames while improving workability and reducing costs.

NETIS Registration Number CG-100009-A. 【Advantages of Using the RT Frame Method】 1. Minimal spraying loss and easy construction. Instead of finishing in a dome shape like conventional simple formwork, it is finished in a triangular shape. The sprayed mortar naturally forms into a triangular shape, resulting in minimal material loss and allowing anyone to easily carry out the construction. 2. Faster drafting and performance measurement due to the management of the RT Frame Method's development drawings. 3. Significant cost reduction when used in conjunction with rebar insertion work! It can be used in combination with rebar insertion work. This combination serves as a restraint for slopes, allowing for a significant reduction in costs compared to conventional methods. 4. Adjustable frame span and rebar quantity according to site needs! The RT Frame Method offers five standard types, but it can be adjusted for frame span and rebar quantity based on site needs, pursuing both safety and cost efficiency. *For stability calculations and estimates, please consult our company. Recycling wood chips for a circular society! Plant-induced spray application.

Utilizing resources, moving towards the construction of a circular society that approaches zero emissions [Plant-Induced Spraying Work].

The plant-induced spraying method is a resource-circulating greening technique that effectively utilizes raw chips from felled trees and uprooted materials as a growth substrate. Wakayama Prefecture Ken Sanpin Registration Number H23-754 【Features of the Plant-Induced Spraying Method】 1. It allows for the effective use of felled trees and uprooted materials. 2. It has high erosion resistance and does not erode even in bare ground conditions for long periods. 3. By incorporating a specialized microbial active enzyme called "Haeru-chan," it avoids plant growth disorders caused by nitrogen starvation, decay, and the generation of harmful substances due to undecomposed chips. 4. The sponge effect due to the three-dimensional entanglement of chips is notable. Additionally, its high erosion resistance and the uneven surface of the growth substrate make it suitable for greening through natural invasion promotion (without seeding), as it facilitates the establishment of airborne seeds. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF to view.
