Pipeline Renewal Insertion Method 'SDF Method'
Can be inserted without selecting the bending angle of existing pipes! Long pipes can be manufactured, reducing construction time!
The "SDF Method" is a new technique for renewing pipelines by inserting stainless steel flexible pipes into existing aged pipes of small to medium diameter, including those with bends, which cannot be constructed using conventional insertion methods. Since it can be inserted regardless of the bend angle of the existing pipe, fewer construction piles, such as vertical piles, are needed compared to other methods. Additionally, the ability to manufacture long pipes allows for reduced construction time, and both the starting and reaching piles can be made smaller than with other methods, resulting in less road surface restoration area, less construction-generated soil, and reduced generation of industrial waste. 【Features】 ■ Can be inserted regardless of the bend angle of the existing pipe ■ Shortened construction time due to the ability to manufacture long pipes ■ Reduction in road surface restoration area, construction-generated soil, and industrial waste ■ Excellent long-term corrosion resistance and durability ■ No occurrence of rust lumps or other issues due to corrosion, with no impact on water quality *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
