Piping construction "Freezing method (building)" continuous water freezing method 'DOWS method'

The basic principle is to combine it with other construction methods! The effectiveness of the combined construction methods increases, leading to a reduction in construction time.

The "DOWS method" is a technique used to assist "freezing methods" and "DSP methods" by temporarily stopping the flow of water (temporary water stopping). This method is not used alone; it is fundamentally combined with other methods. By adopting the "DOWS method," it is possible to avoid complete water stoppage, enhance the effectiveness of the combined methods, and shorten construction time. 【Features】 ■ Freezing is possible without operating existing valves ■ No concerns about damage, leaks, or discolored water due to valve operation ■ When freezing methods are applied at both ends, the area of water stoppage can be minimized ■ Installed at the section of pipe removal, leaving no saddle after construction ■ If the valve does not work and does not freeze with the "freezing method," it is also possible to apply the "DOWS method" later *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Piping construction "Freezing method (building)" continuous water freezing method 'DSP method'

It is possible to carry out the "closure work on the T-shaped pipe for two receivers" without shutting off the main pipe!

The "DSP Method" is a technique used for branching pipes in T-shaped pipes, split T-shaped pipes, and welded piping, where it is difficult to apply freezing methods. When using freezing methods for branching sections, there are conditions and limitations, but with the "DSP Method," valve replacement and shut-off work can be done safely and without worry. 【Features】 ■ Allows construction related to branching sections of piping that are difficult with freezing methods. ■ Enables smooth construction related to branching sections from large-diameter pipes, which was previously challenging. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Piping work and water pipe repair "Freezing method: Continuous water freezing method" New warranty system

A construction method that allows for pipe branching, valve replacement, and expansion work with minimal water drainage! We have newly started a warranty system for the "freezing method"!

The "freezing method (for buildings)" is a technique that uses liquid air (nitrogen) to freeze the water inside pipes, allowing for branch pipe work, valve replacement, and expansion work with minimal water drainage. The frozen section acts as a stop valve, enabling plumbing work to be carried out without shutting off the water supply to the entire building. To ensure that you can use the "freezing method" with even greater peace of mind, we have introduced a new "guarantee system." There are no cumbersome procedures or additional costs; it will apply simply by placing your order as usual. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Salt-absorbing agent integrated rust prevention method "BR-SS Method"

It is possible to shorten the process by using a single material! Two effects that work to suppress the corrosion of rebar within concrete can be expected.

The "BR-SS Method" is a high anti-corrosion repair method for reinforced concrete that uses a polymer cement-based anti-corrosion material mixed with a "chloride ion adsorbent" and a cross-section repair material. It adsorbs and immobilizes chloride ions that remain within the structure or are supplied from the outside, suppressing the rusting of the steel. By releasing nitrite ions, it regenerates the passive film on the surface of the rebar, further preventing rusting of the steel. This method allows for the removal of high concentrations of chloride ions, which is difficult with conventional nitrite ion-based anti-corrosion systems. 【Features】 ■ Adsorption and immobilization of chloride ions ■ Regeneration of the passive film through the release of nitrite ions ■ Double suppression using BR-SS paste and BR-SS mortar ■ Capability to remove high concentrations of chloride ions ■ Possible reduction in construction time *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

IPH method (Internal Pressure Filling Joint Reinforcement)

Precision high-depth filling with epoxy resin that has minimal hardening shrinkage! Various effects can be expected!

The "IPH Method (Internal Pressure Filling Joint Reinforcement)" is a groundbreaking technique that enables the recovery of strength in concrete structures, restoration of adhesion between rebar and concrete, rebar corrosion prevention, cross-section repair joints, spalling prevention, water stopping, suppression of alkali-aggregate reaction, and mitigation of carbonation. By replacing and filling the air within the voids and cracks of the structure, which are the main causes of variability in the injection range and depth of conventional resin injection methods, with the injection resin "E-396H" using a dedicated capsule with an air release function called "IPH Capsule," stable and extensive high-depth resin injection is achieved. 【Features】 ■ Resin injection is possible for fine cracks ■ Resin filling is possible for fine cracks as narrow as 0.01mm ■ Low-pressure stability of the injection pressure ■ High fluidity and non-shrinkage of the injection resin, ensuring safety ■ Uniform and high-depth, high-density diffusion filling and curing within the concrete is possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Envi-liner method

The construction extension has reached a total of 4,930 km, boasting a high track record with the same type of advancement method.

This technology is a non-excavation small-diameter pipe jacking method that can construct various types of pipes ranging from φ150 to φ1000. Using a jacking machine installed in the launch shaft, the buried pipes are sequentially laid towards the receiving shaft, eliminating the need to excavate the road surface. Additionally, the jacking device is designed to be compact, allowing for launching from small shafts. Since it uses an excavation and soil removal method, there is no need for large surface facilities like those required for slurry methods, and the equipment associated with the work, such as cranes and generators, can be kept small, contributing to overall cost reduction. 【Features】 ■ Capable of constructing various types of pipes from φ150 to φ1000 ■ Non-excavation construction ■ Suitable for difficult ground conditions ■ Small space and low cost ■ No need to excavate the road surface *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Ace Mall Method

Clearing a wide range of soil conditions! Introducing pipe jacking technology that takes the Earth's environment into consideration.

This technology employs a mud pressure-type excavation and discharge mechanism along with a unique position measurement system, achieving high-precision long-distance and curved advancement across a wide range of soil conditions from soft ground to bedrock. Additives are injected into the excavated soil, turning it into a slurry that is pumped up to the standing piles. By controlling the amount of mud taken in, some is left in the ground to prevent the collapse of the face and pit walls, while the lubricating effect of the mud (slurry) reduces the driving force. 【Features】 ■ Clears a wide range of soil conditions ■ Achieves long-distance and curved advancement *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Ramsas method

The soil removal method is vacuum suction! A diverse lineup of cutter heads tailored to the soil type.

The technology creates a method that forms a mud film on all excavation surfaces and constructs a highly stable tail void through approximately 25mm of overcut and the action of high-concentration mud water. The gravel is crushed within the chamber using a cone crusher and cutters driven by the outer circumference. Bit replacement can be done from inside the machine, allowing for long-distance advancement. 【Features】 ■ A diverse lineup of cutter heads tailored to soil types (φ700 to 3,000) ■ The excavation method uses vacuum suction ■ Crushing capacity is 1-axis compressive strength of 350MN/m² (RMS-GX type) ■ Bit replacement can be done from inside the machine, enabling long-distance advancement ■ The action of approximately 25mm of overcut and high-concentration mud water forms a mud film on all excavation surfaces and constructs a highly stable tail void *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
