Sky Promenade Durability Performance

Even if rainwater penetrates the waterproof layer, a specially shaped metal plate with a slope ensures a drainage path!

The open joint method of the "Sky Promenade" is designed to match wooden houses that exhibit seismic resistance by dispersing forces through movement. The play at the joint sections, or "relief," helps avoid situations that could lead to surface cracks, preventing cracks that could cause water leaks. Additionally, even if rainwater penetrates the waterproof layer, a specially shaped metal plate with a slope ensures a drainage path. It drains through a four-layer structure. This joint, which "allows rain to escape and prevents rainwater from entering," is a necessary structure for wooden houses to survive without resisting natural phenomena. 【Features】 ■ Allows rain to escape and prevents rain from entering ■ Drains through a four-layer structure ■ Weighs 1/16 of traditional Japanese tiles, resulting in a lower center of gravity and reduced load *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

NSPC W method

NETIS registration! A lightweight embankment construction method that allows for shortening construction time and reducing costs by making panel materials self-supporting!

In developing a construction method utilizing lightweight embankment techniques, one of the issues identified is that the air-entrained lightweight embankment materials (air mortar, air milk) generate significant soil pressure due to fluidity and expansion pressure during curing. In conventional formwork methods, some form of reinforcement is typically implemented to resist and maintain these pressures. However, when using H-beams as reinforcement on the back of precast panels, the need for large machinery becomes a hindrance during the placement of lightweight mortar, compromising both workability and cost-effectiveness. Therefore, by applying tension to the NSC panels using rods and supporting the lower edge of the panels in a cantilever beam configuration, it has become possible to construct vertical walls, sloped walls, and curved walls. This achievement has led to significant reductions in construction time and costs, resulting in the completion of a technology capable of building exceptionally robust structures that have not been possible before. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.*

MJS Method (Metrojet System)

Enables large-diameter high-pressure injection stirring in all directions from horizontal to diagonal and vertical!

**Principle** To address the shortcomings of the jet grouting method, we have developed a new construction device and a porous pipe. The most significant feature of this method lies in the mechanism for discharging the cut spoil. Traditionally, the jet grouting method relied solely on air lifting for spoil discharge. In contrast, the MJS method forcibly sucks the spoil into a dedicated pipe and transports it to the surface, allowing for construction at any angle from horizontal to diagonal. Additionally, by adjusting the amount of spoil discharged based on pressure management within the ground, this method enables the suppression of ground deformation such as uplift and settlement associated with injection mixing. **Features** - Capable of horizontal, diagonal, and vertical construction - Does not affect surrounding ground - Enables ground improvement at great depths - Consolidates spoil treatment - Prevents contamination due to improvement - Allows selection of improved body *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*

There are two types of jet grouting methods: the "JSG method," which applies pressure to the curing material while excavating the soil and simultaneously mixes the soil with the curing material to create a cylindrical solidified body, and the "column jet method," which cuts the soil with ultra-high-pressure water, discharges the slurry to the surface while filling it with curing material, also creating a cylindrical solidified body. These methods can accommodate soil improvement under various geological conditions, depths, and other circumstances. 【Features】 ■ Reliable and certain construction is possible ■ A wide range of improvements that are not affected by the target soil type ■ High adhesion construction is possible ■ Large-diameter soil improvement can be achieved with small holes, allowing for closer construction to buried objects ■ Appropriate improvement strength can be set according to the improvement purpose ■ Economical and safe materials ■ Versatile mechanisms and compact equipment *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

RJP method

It is also possible to create a fan-shaped improvement body (90° to 270°) using a shaking method!

The "RJP Method" is a ground improvement technique that creates cylindrical improved bodies with a diameter of 2.0 to 3.5 meters in the ground by injecting ultra-high-pressure water jet fluid (Aqua Jet) and air jet fluid, as well as ultra-high-pressure curing material jet fluid (Abrasive Jet) and air jet fluid, through a two-stage injection system using a merging method from a monitor attached to the tip of a multi-pipe rod, while rotating and pulling up. 【Features】 ■ By using a new type of ultra-high-pressure slurry pump that discharges 100 L/min of curing material at a regular pressure of 40 MPa, large cross-section improvements can be made across all ground types. ■ The improvement cross-section can be freely selected due to the oscillation mechanism. ■ Strength adjustments can be made according to the improvement purpose. ■ High quality. ■ Cost-effective. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Construction Case Study "TRD Method"

Basic information about the TRD method and various construction examples are provided! Outstanding stability! Capable of constructing underground continuous walls at a maximum depth of 60 meters with a machine height of 10 meters!

The "TRD Method" is a construction technique that involves moving a cutter post installed underground laterally while excavating the ground with cutter bits attached to a cutter chain. During this process, a solidifying liquid is mixed and stirred with in-situ soil in a vertical direction to create a wall-like solidified body underground. 【Features】 1. Outstanding stability 2. High precision construction is possible 3. Cost savings achieved through excellent excavation capability 4. Homogeneous wall quality in the depth direction 5. Continuous structure without discrepancies 6. Arbitrary setting of core material spacing is possible *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Mode Cell Method

Acquisition of technical evaluation: A mechanism that is easy to repair without compromising the basic performance, enabling inexpensive and rapid repairs during liquefaction.

What are reliable ground improvement methods for liquefied ground? - The occurrence of earthquakes cannot be predicted. - The magnitude of earthquakes cannot be predicted. - The presence or absence of liquefaction cannot be predicted. - The extent of liquefaction cannot be predicted. - The amount of differential settlement due to liquefaction cannot be predicted. - The cost of repair work cannot be predicted. Therefore, based on the premise that some degree of differential settlement damage to single-family homes during an earthquake is unavoidable, we considered that by incorporating a mechanism during new construction that allows for leveling a tilted foundation using a mode cell anchor bolt with an adjustable length via a movable nut, it would be possible to carry out repairs without compromising the original strength of the foundation. The mode cell method, realized for the first time with the mode cell anchor bolt, is the solution.
