Sadoshima Z Roof Hybrid Waterproofing Method

The hybrid waterproofing method, which excels in airtightness and weather resistance, protects buildings for a long time.

The Z Roof uses galvanized steel sheets as the base material and standard molten zinc-coated steel sheets, offering superior corrosion resistance compared to other company's deck roofs. Additionally, the Yodo GL Eco Green steel sheet used as the base material has a special coating that does not contain hexavalent chromium, which is an environmentally harmful substance. The Z Roof Type 1 features a structure that conceals the screws used to secure the insulation and sheet at the joints, enhancing the aesthetic appeal from the interior side and preventing the falling of metal shavings generated when fixing the screws to the steel sheet.

External insulation sheet waterproofing method "Sadoshima Z Roof Hybrid Waterproofing Method"

The hybrid waterproofing method, which excels in airtightness and weather resistance, protects buildings for a long time.

The "Sadoshima Z Roof Hybrid Waterproofing Method" is a dry roofing waterproofing method that combines Z roof, insulation materials, and waterproof sheets. By melting the joint areas between the sheets and the connection points between the sheets and the PVC-coated steel plates using heat or solvents, it ensures excellent bonding performance and water tightness. This method employs an anchor fixation technique that partially bonds the waterproof sheet to the substrate, making it less susceptible to the influence of the substrate, thus preventing issues such as blisters after installation. 【Features】 ■ Integrated waterproof layer for reliable water tightness ■ Easy external insulation waterproofing method ■ Stable quality through mechanization ■ Highly durable waterproof sheets ■ Fixation method that is less affected by the substrate ■ Issuance of waterproof construction warranty *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Ground improvement method "DCI Multi-Point Injection Method"

Construction is possible near and directly beneath existing structures! This chemical grouting method does not require regular visual inspections or displacement measurements, allowing for minimal personnel involvement in the construction process.

The "DCI Multi-Point Injection Method" is a ground improvement technique that can suppress displacement by injecting at low pressure and low discharge. Although the injection speed per pump is low (1 to 6 liters per minute), rapid construction is possible through simultaneous multi-point injection (32 connections). According to the injection pressure, each pump is mechanically and automatically controlled, and flexible injection pipes are consolidated to minimize the occupied area. 【Features】 ■ Construction is possible near and directly beneath existing structures. ■ Rapid construction is possible through simultaneous multi-point injection (32 connections). ■ Construction in narrow areas is possible with a dedicated system (DCI system). ■ Each pump is mechanically and automatically controlled according to the injection pressure. ■ Flexible injection pipes are consolidated to limit the occupied area. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Tunnel auxiliary construction method "Trevi Tube Method"

Select drilling and injection methods according to ground conditions! Construction is possible in various types of ground.

The "Trevichube Method" uses specialized machinery from the Italian company Trevi to install long steel pipes around the perimeter of the tunnel excavation cross-section, while performing injections adapted to the geological conditions, thereby forming a reinforced improved arch zone with the steel pipes. Depending on the geological conditions, drilling and injection methods can be selected, allowing for construction in various geological environments. Compared to the AGF method (φ114.3mm), this method allows for the use of thicker and larger diameter steel pipes, enabling the creation of a significantly rigid improved area, and it can accommodate long drilling of over 20 meters. 【Specifications】 ■Applicable steel pipes: φ114.3 to 139.8 (t=6.0 to 11.1mm) ■Maximum installation length: 50m ■Standard steel pipe length: 6 to 12m/pipe ■Standard installation pitch: @300 to 600mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Piping construction "Freeze construction method (building)" revolutionary thawing method for non-stop water freeze construction.

A groundbreaking non-flame thawing method has been developed that allows for plumbing branch and valve replacements and expansion work with minimal water drainage using a continuous water freezing method!

The "Non-Water Freezing Method" is a technique that uses liquid air (nitrogen) to freeze water inside pipes, allowing for the replacement of pipe branches and valves, as well as expansion work, with minimal water drainage. The frozen section acts as a stop valve, enabling plumbing work to be carried out without shutting off water supply to the entire building. After using the freezing method, it is essential to perform thawing work on the frozen areas, but a new thawing method called "DOWT" has been developed, which allows for thawing without the use of fire and in a short time! 【Features】 ■ The frozen section can temporarily serve as a substitute for a valve, leaving nothing remaining on the pipe. ■ Reduces the time required for water outage work. ■ Contributes to the longevity of pipes. ■ Can be thawed in the same time or less than using fire. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Published in the global scientific journal "Science Advances." Numerous achievements in national government offices and the private sector! Case study materials are also available!

The "freezing method (for buildings)" involves using liquid air (nitrogen) to freeze the water inside pipes, allowing for the replacement or addition of pipe branches and valves with minimal water drainage. The frozen section acts as a stop valve, enabling plumbing work to be carried out without shutting off the water supply to the entire building. A paper on the continuous water freezing method has been published in Science Advances, a globally recognized scientific journal. (We received assistance from Professor Yoshiyasu Muto of Keio University, Faculty of Environmental Information.) ■ The frozen section can temporarily serve as a substitute for a valve, leaving nothing behind in the pipes. ■ It can shorten the time required for water outage work. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.
