Coating Method: "Fumin Coating"

This is a painting method that forms a coating film containing ultraviolet and infrared shielding agents.

Fumin coating is a patented technology that forms a transparent film on glass surfaces by spraying a conductive metal oxide that absorbs and cuts infrared and ultraviolet rays evenly. During the hot summer months, it helps to suppress the rise in room temperature by absorbing and cutting infrared rays (solar heat) from outside. In winter, it retains warmth as it prevents heat from escaping, and it also has excellent properties in suppressing condensation. It is an environmentally friendly product that contributes to preventing global warming and reducing costs. 【Features】 ○ Cuts approximately 90% of ultraviolet rays ○ Ensures about 80% visible light transmittance ○ Cuts approximately 70% of infrared rays ○ Saves heating costs ○ Suppresses the arrival of pests For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Natural Crushed Stone Pile "HySPEED Method"

A ground that is strong against liquefaction! It is an environmentally friendly ground improvement method.

The HySPEED method is a ground improvement technique that differs from existing methods by not using pre-determined piles or conducting work without reinforcing the ground. Instead, it constructs crushed stone piles one by one with reliable execution tailored to the specific ground, combining the support capacity of the crushed stone piles with that of the surrounding ground to enhance overall ground support. The new technology features a piston valve (at the drill tip) that compacts the construction material (crushed stone). Thanks to the hammer compaction function of the piston valve, the construction time is significantly reduced compared to conventional methods. After the crushed stone pile installation, foundation work can commence immediately. 【Features】 - Strong against seismic shocks - No waste disposal costs incurred - Contributes to the planet through reuse - Perfect construction guarantee - Reduces CO2 emissions by 5000 kg For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Liquefaction that struck the metropolitan area: Adding stability with 'ground improvement'!

Introducing a method for artificially improving the ground without causing environmental pollution.

The Great East Japan Earthquake highlighted the damage caused by tsunamis, but the significant damage in the metropolitan area was due to "liquefaction." Liquefaction occurred not only in coastal reclaimed land but also in inland areas, affecting residential neighborhoods. This frightening liquefaction can be prevented in advance through our company's "ground improvement." "Ground improvement" refers to the construction work done to enhance the stability of the ground on which buildings are constructed, making it less susceptible to ground subsidence and differential settlement by artificially improving the ground. There are various methods for improving the foundation ground, including crushed stone pile method, surface improvement method, columnar improvement method, and steel pipe pile method. Our company recommends the "HySPEED method," which uses only natural crushed stone as a material, making it an environmentally friendly method. 【Features of the HySPEED Method】 ■ Strong against seismic shocks ■ Environmentally beneficial method ■ No waste disposal costs incurred ■ Contributes to the Earth through reuse ■ Liquefaction countermeasure method *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Crack Detection Coating System for Concrete Structures - Cladis Method

Solving the issues of structural inspections! A method where cracks in structures glow under ultraviolet light.

The Cladis method is a painting system that detects "cracks" that occur on concrete surfaces. By applying this paint to structures in advance, cracks will emit light under special ultraviolet rays, making inspection tasks very simple, accurate, and cost-effective. The frequency of inspections can also be increased, allowing for precise understanding of structural changes. Emergency inspections immediately after disasters such as earthquakes or floods can be conducted swiftly. The two-layer coating emits light only at the cracked areas when exposed to ultraviolet light during inspections. The painting does not require special techniques or tools, making the inspection process straightforward and reducing work time. 【Features】 ○ Easy to apply ○ Glows under ultraviolet light ○ Easy crack detection ○ No oversight during inspections ○ Increased inspection speed For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Ceramax Method <Concrete Corrosion Protection>

We will also introduce leak test data that supports the corrosion resistance performance of concrete!

We would like to introduce the concrete corrosion protection of our "Ceramax Method." This method includes three elements that enable concrete corrosion protection: "salt resistance," "neutralization suppression," and "water absorption suppression." When we tested the corrosion protection performance by applying Ceramax to the outer and inner surfaces of commercially available mortar boxes, we found that when applied to the outer surface, there was no peeling of the coating due to water from the back side, thus maintaining waterproof functionality. When applied to the inner surface, it was found to block water permeability. Bridge Expansion Joint Leakage Repair Worker REJ Method

A leak repair method that excels in waterproofing, durability, and workability. Compared to complete replacement, it only requires sealing materials, making the installation easier.

This technology is a repair method that restores the original waterproofing function of a bridge that has leaked due to the deterioration of the waterproofing material in a simple steel joint, without replacing the joint. The construction is completed by removing the existing waterproofing material, applying blast treatment to the corroded steel parts to enhance surface adhesion, and then filling with a waterproofing material that has excellent adhesion and elasticity. Additionally, compared to a complete joint replacement, there is no damage to the construction surface from the removal work, and construction time can be reduced. 【Features】 - Excellent waterproofing, durability, and workability - Restores the original waterproofing function without replacing the joint - No damage to the construction surface from removal work compared to complete joint replacement - Reduction in construction time - Complete removal of rust through blast treatment of the steel parts (equivalent to a type of scraping) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
