Rooftop greening method: Evergreen Kiri-so bag method - A safe and secure rooftop greening method.

Roof greening method that does not require watering - a simple and safe roof greening method.

The "Evergreen Kiri Grass Bag Method" for rooftop greening is a method developed with consideration for the recent climate in Japan. It utilizes the resilient evergreen Kiri grass. 【Rooftop Greening Revolution】 Recent heavy rains and strong winds have begun to turn what were once considered abnormal weather phenomena into the norm. The plants used in traditional thin-layer rooftop greening have primarily been sedums, but they have been declining due to the recent weather conditions. Additionally, heavy rains and strong winds have caused soil erosion and overgrowth of weeds. Until now, rooftop greening has involved many complex systems that only specialized contractors could manage. The rooftop greening revolution aims to break away from these existing methods and maintain a green oasis easily and sustainably. The system that has made this rooftop greening revolution possible is the fail-proof rooftop greening system "Evergreen Kiri Grass Bag MethodⓇ." 【Features of the Evergreen Kiri Grass Bag Method】 ■ Soil erosion prevention ■ Weed control ■ Easy greening ■ Low maintenance ■ No watering required The Evergreen Kiri Grass Bag Method is a new greening approach that places soil specifically for evergreen Kiri grass into bags, achieving "soil erosion prevention," "weed control," and "easy greening." Search for "Rooftop Greening Revolution" on YouTube to find videos of soil erosion experiments. You can access the video page through the related links below.

Effective for jade stones and boulders! Pile and steel sheet pile construction on hard ground using the 'MLT method'

Special screws for compression wings and mixing wings! The 'MLT method' for installing piles and steel sheet piles in hard ground is effective for "cobblestones and boulders," which are difficult to handle with conventional methods!

The MLT method (no-excavation hole wall method) is a technique that involves pre-drilling and replacing the ground to drive steel sheet piles or H-piles into hard ground. By compressing the excavated soil against the hole wall using a special screw made of a compression wing and a mixing wing, the self-support of the hole wall is achieved, allowing for rapid drilling. As a result, the amount of soil discharged during drilling is also reduced. This method is particularly effective for hard ground, including gravel, cobbles, and bedrock, achieving cost reduction and shorter construction periods compared to conventional methods. Additionally, we have established a research group for the no-excavation hole wall method to further develop and promote this technology. 【Features】 ■ High construction accuracy ■ Reduction of excavated soil ■ Low noise, low vibration, and no dust ■ Cost reduction and shorter construction period ■ Usable in narrow spaces ■ Reduced risk of collapse *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Slope protection construction method [Cross cover net method]

A new method for aging spray slope measures that improves safety and workability.

~No removal of existing mortar and concrete spray~ The slope protection method [Cross Cover Net Method] involves spraying adhesive mortar that enhances the bonding effect with the existing sprayed surface while leaving the existing sprayed slope intact. It covers and integrates the surface with flat wire mesh and flexible wire ropes, thereby suppressing both the existing spray and the weathered soil behind it, aiming for slope stabilization. Features: ■ Improved Safety The structure that covers the surface with flat wire mesh and wire ropes prevents the peeling of mortar for a semi-permanent period, enhancing safety for third parties. Additionally, since there is no removal work, the risk to workers from unexpected collapses during removal is minimized. ■ Excellent Workability The flat wire mesh is lightweight at 1.9 kg/m², and the wire rope is also lightweight at 0.3 kg/m, making them simple and flexible components that facilitate easy work on slopes. ■ Reduction of Industrial Waste By adding admixtures to the sprayed material, the separation resistance and self-supporting ability of the sprayed material are improved, reducing rebound loss. Moreover, since the construction is carried out without removing the existing sprayed material, it also contributes to the reduction of industrial waste.

"Easy Safe Method" for ceiling construction in large spaces such as gymnasiums and halls.

We propose a new ceiling construction method with "Magstone," a lightweight and safe glass wool ceiling panel that offers high safety.

In the Great East Japan Earthquake, many schools and public facilities experienced incidents of ceiling panels falling. In response to this significant damage, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism established new standards for "large space suspended ceilings" (Notification No. 771). We would like to introduce a new ceiling construction method that is not subject to the restrictions of Notification No. 771, which will take effect on April 1. Suspended ceilings in large spaces such as gymnasiums and halls that fall under the newly established "specific ceilings" require detailed consideration of the number of braces and the strength of connection components. The "Easy Safe Ceiling" is a construction method that is directly attached to structural materials and is not a suspended ceiling, thus it does not fall under "specific ceilings." This significantly simplifies the design and construction of ceilings in large spaces and achieves cost reduction.

Natural restoration greening using domestic indigenous species: slope afforestation method.

Natural restoration greening method using domestic native woody plant seeds aimed at 'biodiversity conservation,' 'environmental conservation,' 'slope disaster prevention,' and 'creation of CO2 absorption sources.'

This is a natural restoration greening method that uses domestic native woody seeds to spray and create forests on slopes. By adding a seed supply device to the conventional vegetation substrate spraying construction plant, the "two-layer spraying system" allows for the mixing of seeds only in the top 2 cm of the growth substrate, enabling effective use of seeds and cost reduction. In recent years, there has been a growing interest in slope greening that does not use foreign species, such as grasses from the Poaceae family or foreign native species, in light of laws regarding invasive species. The "Road Earthworks - Cutting Works and Slope Stabilization Guidelines (2009 Edition)" also lists 24 species of native woody plants as the main plants used for seeding work. To use domestic native species, which have a larger variation in germination rates compared to foreign species, for slope greening, it is necessary to use seeds of clearly defined quality. The slope afforestation method uses domestically produced native seeds that have been quality tested using an early germination test method and supplies seeds packed in quality-preserving material-filled measuring bags (Remedy Seeds) from its unique seed storage and shipping facility (RS Center).

Non-faceted spray greening construction Eco Stripe method

Biodiversity-conscious non-surface spraying greening method

To solve the problem of stagnation in vegetation succession due to the encroachment of surrounding vegetation that traditional vegetation substrate spraying methods have, this technique intentionally applies the growth substrate in a non-planar manner to achieve partial greening. This method creates spaces where plants can naturally invade from the moment of construction. Since it is a non-planar spraying method, it can reduce the area of the growth substrate to less than half compared to traditional full greening, significantly lowering CO² emissions generated during construction and achieving excellent cost savings economically.

"Underfix," a rust prevention material for repainting steel structures.

Forms a stable passive film under a thin coating! Adsorbs substances that promote corrosion lurking in the deep layers of rust!

■Formation of a stable passive film under a thin coating The passive film that forms on the surface of rebar in concrete, which is in a strongly alkaline environment, protects the rebar from rust. A similar stable passive film is also formed on the surface of steel coated with Underfix. ■Adsorption of substances that promote corrosion lurking in the depths of rust Chloride ions contained in airborne salt and sulfate ions present in acid rain are difficult to remove. The "powdered rust preventive agent" contained in Underfix adsorbs and neutralizes substances that promote corrosion. ■Effects of the powdered rust preventive agent blended in Underfix Underfix uses a powdered nitrite-based rust preventive agent that can be mixed with cement and other materials. It carries a large amount of nitrite ions within and around the layered structure of calcium-aluminum composite hydroxides. When it comes into contact with water, the nitrite ions spread throughout the coating and form a stable passive film on the surface of the steel, protecting it from rust. *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download.

Neplus Method

Significantly shorten construction time! The Neplus method can reduce social losses caused by traffic regulations.

The "Neplus Method" revolutionizes the traditional approach of completely replacing drainage ditches by providing a rational technique that only cuts and repairs the damaged upper part of the ditch. By cutting off the damaged upper section of the ditch and leaving the lower part intact, it reduces construction waste by 80%. Since the cutting is done from the inside of the ditch, it does not disturb the surrounding ground and does not affect nearby structures. 【Features】 ■ 100% reduction in excavation spoil compared to conventional methods ■ No excavation of surrounding ground ■ Immediate traffic reopening for resident peace of mind ■ Reduction of social losses due to traffic restrictions ■ No need for temporary drainage channels, leading to cost savings *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.
