Seismic reinforcement measures: Maintenance-free and reliable manhole VD method.

By non-excavation, we will achieve seismic reinforcement measures for existing manholes.

The construction method suppresses the uplift of manholes through two functions: ground improvement by vibration and the drainage function for excess pore water pressure relief. Without drawing in groundwater or soil, it is possible to drill from inside the manhole to the bottom of the manhole and install a filter. By vibrating the manhole body and compacting the surrounding ground, ground improvement is achieved, and even if excess pore water pressure occurs due to aftershocks, it is maintenance-free, providing peace of mind. 【Features】 ■ No excavation ■ Maintenance-free ■ Responds to aftershocks *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

FRP corrosion and waterproofing method "Aqua Shield"

Efforts for the environment & reduction of running costs! Trust us with FRP, which offers high construction flexibility.

Corrosion protection technology has evolved from copper to lead, PVC, stainless steel, and then to FRP, resulting in very high levels of "construction flexibility," "corrosion resistance," "durability," "strength," and "lightweight design." Our corrosion and waterproofing method, "Aqua Shield," has added a technique that does not use styrene, the main component of FRP, and by adopting non-styrene resins, we have implemented measures against formaldehyde. Additionally, we contribute to energy savings by utilizing heat insulation and thermal insulation technologies. Moreover, the improvement of "reuse capability" through maintenance greatly contributes to environmental considerations. 【Product Lineup (Partial)】 ■ AS-CD: FRP Corrosion Protection Duct Design, Manufacturing, and Connection ■ AS-CP: FRP Corrosion Protection Piping Design, Manufacturing, and Connection ■ AS-CS: FRP Corrosion Protection Scrubber Design and Manufacturing ■ AS-CR: FRP Corrosion Protection Lining Method ■ AS-CT: FRP Corrosion Protection Tank Design and Manufacturing ■ AS-CK: FRP Corrosion Protection Heavy-Duty Lining Renovation Method *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
