FCR Liner Method (for Different Diameters) [FCR Method Association]

Repairing the hidden pipe with different diameters on the left and right as it is.

Due to the expansion of single-track lines to double-track lines and the construction of roads parallel to the railway, numerous railway drainage systems (such as inverted siphons and inverted pipes) with different diameters on the left and right sides have been installed. In conventional methods, the lining was adjusted to fit the smaller diameter, and mortar was injected into the gaps to complete the work. We have developed the "FCR Liner Method (for different diameters)" that allows for repairs of inverted siphons with different diameters without changing their original size. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

What is the "SSI method" for salt damage prevention in structures?

We are confident in our pricing. Introducing the fundamental salt damage countermeasure for concrete structures, the 'SSI Method'.

The SSI method is a salt damage prevention technique developed jointly by the Railway Technical Research Institute and the former Japan Highway Public Corporation's Testing Research Institute. By utilizing a "salt-adsorbing agent" that directly acts on the salt content in concrete, it fundamentally and long-term prevents salt damage with features that cannot be achieved by other rust prevention methods. <Three Major Features of the SSI Method> 1. It is impossible to completely remove rust from rebar through scraping. The method adsorbs the salt present in the residual rust layer on the surface of the rebar, thereby suppressing the progression of rust. 2. The rust prevention agent containing the salt-adsorbing agent reduces the salt content in the concrete surrounding the rebar and improves the quality of the concrete. 3. The "SSI method" is composed of polymer-cement-based materials that are of the same quality as the concrete structure, achieving high durability through material selection that takes into account the specific location and environment.

Mechanical crack repair, iron crack repair, mechanical repair method, MS method.

Non-heat metal crack repair! No thermal distortion occurs at all. Metal casting crack repair!

The "MS Method (Mechanical Stitch)" is a groundbreaking repair technique (Mechanical Stitching Method) that uses mechanical methods to address cracks in metal. Since no heat is applied at all, there is no "thermal distortion." Residual stress does not occur in other areas, preventing secondary damage such as new cracks. Cracks in metal are one of the concerns in equipment maintenance operations. In typical welding repair methods, the base material around the crack changes due to heat, resulting in residual stress and distortion, which always carries the risk of "crack recurrence" and "secondary damage." **Features of the MS Method:** - No hardening or residual stress due to heat - Elimination of secondary damage - Maintenance of stable quality → Integrated system repairs using jigs, etc. → Accumulation of know-how, experience, and track record - Completion of construction in a short period → Does not significantly reduce the operating rate of equipment - Advantages in safety and environmental aspects → No fire is used, so there is no impact on the operating rates of other equipment or the environment For more details, please contact us.

Introduction to Water Pipe Pushing Construction Examples and Special Installation Pipe Pushing Methods

Let's complete the plumbing work cheaply and quickly! However, when excavation is not possible, we will use the special installation pipe pushing method.

Hasegawa Construction Industry Co., Ltd. has been engaged in both large and small thrust construction projects for over 20 years. Here are some examples of the projects carried out by Hasegawa Construction Industry. One example is a project in Oohara, Isumi City, where we crossed a national highway. We created a launch shaft with a diameter of φ2.0m within the application site and thrust to the main pipe on the opposite side of the road. The thrust construction involved pushing a lead pipe (temporary pipe) from the launch shaft towards the main pipe, and then pulling in a φ50A steel pipe from the main pipe side. The construction from the creation of the launch shaft to the thrust work was completed in one day. Additionally, in Karabe, Narita City, we thrust a lead pipe to the main pipe located on the opposite side of the application site, which has four lanes (five lanes including the right turn lane), and we pushed a φ100mm steel casing pipe from the launch shaft. The thrust length was 22.3m. As such, we can construct by building the launch shaft within the application site without excavating on public roads. 【Proposal from Hasegawa Construction Industry】 - After thrusting a φ65A steel pipe, we completed the installation of a φ50A steel casing pipe. - Connection with continuous water drilling by waterworks contractors. - Installation of the main pipe inside the casing pipe. → It is also possible to directly pull in poly pipes or stainless steel pipes without using a casing pipe.
