NK Rust Stabilization Anti-Corrosion Method for the Maintenance and Repair of Bridges and Steel Structures NETIS

Inorganic coating: A long-lasting repainting method with three types of surface preparation. Solvent-free epoxy resin-based rust stabilization paint + inorganic paint.

NETIS Registration Number: SK-100009-VR (Promotional Technology) (VR) The surface preparation involves three types of grinding, and any rust that cannot be removed is stabilized with a solvent-free epoxy resin-based rust stabilization paint: NK-100-E. It is then protected with a durable coating method using an inorganic paint: Seal Coat 007M, which excels in electrical insulation and weather resistance. This method reduces noise, dust, and industrial waste generated during surface preparation. The paint system uses safe materials that do not contain harmful heavy metals. Since NK-100E is solvent-free, it does not compromise the active film. It has high gas barrier properties, preventing the intrusion of water and oxygen, which are factors that cause rust. Seal Coat 007M consists of two-thirds inorganic components, resulting in minimal degradation of the coating film due to ultraviolet rays (chalking) and providing superior weather resistance compared to fluoropolymer paints. The two-layer application of inorganic paint protects the primer paint, creating a long-lasting painting system. It is also possible to use the solvent-free inorganic paint Seal Coat 007U as a topcoat. This repainting method contributes to the maintenance and repair of bridges and steel structures where blasting is difficult, enhancing long-term durability. It is also suitable for repainting systems that contain harmful substances, lead and lead compounds, chromium and chromium compounds, and PCBs.

G-type asbestos containment method

Maintaining fire prevention and fire resistance performance! It is easy to manage because the treated material remains stable after processing!

In the case of containment methods where there is no contact with asbestos-containing building materials and no risk of asbestos dispersion due to vibrations, it is not subject to the Air Pollution Control Act. "G-type asbestos treatment" involves spraying at low pressure, so in most cases, it is not subject to the Air Pollution Control Act. There is no need for isolation, installation of an ante-room, or negative pressure dust removal, and wetting work is carried out using "Asgen Sealer." Additionally, due to its extremely high permeability, it offers good workability and can shorten the construction period. Since it can maintain fire and heat resistance performance, there is no need for new fire and heat resistance measures like organic treatment agents. This also helps reduce treatment costs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
