Reinforced Soil Wall Method RRR-A Method

Reinforced earth bridge abutment method

The RRR method (Reinforced Railroad with Rigid Facing-Method) is a new soil retention (reinforced soil wall) technique developed as an alternative to traditional retaining wall methods, using the principles of reinforced soil engineering. Traditional retaining walls are structures that, from a mechanical perspective, aim to support external forces (earth pressure) exerted by the soil through the weight of the structure and the ground reaction of the foundation, opposing the soil and relying on force to counteract force. In contrast, the reinforced soil wall method promotes the stabilization of the soil itself by placing tensile reinforcement materials within the soil, embodying a philosophy of coexistence with the soil.

What is the thrust construction method?

Connecting urban comfort with people! Demonstrating features in construction at difficult locations where excavation across tracks and other obstacles is challenging.

We would like to introduce the "Advancement Method" that we implement. There are two main types of underground pipe installation work: the open-cut method, which involves excavating the ground, laying prefabricated pipes at the bottom, and then backfilling, and the non-open-cut method, which allows for underground penetration without surface excavation. The advancement method we employ belongs to the non-open-cut category, which results in less surface excavation compared to the open-cut method. This leads to a reduction in the area occupied by construction, a decrease in construction-related nuisances such as noise, vibration, and dust, and minimizes the impact on traffic and community life. [Features] ■ Underground pipe installation work is divided into open-cut and non-open-cut methods. ■ The non-open-cut method involves less surface excavation compared to the open-cut method. ■ There is a reduction in the area occupied by construction, as well as in construction-related nuisances such as noise, vibration, and dust. ■ It excels in construction at locations where open-cutting is difficult, such as crossing tracks. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Permanent Grout Injection Method "Super Multi-Point Injection Method (Simultaneous Multi-Point Injection Method)"

[Coastal Technology Research Center Certification: No. 14002] Demonstrated 19 years of aging consolidation through large-scale field injection tests!

The "Permanent Grout Injection Method" is one of the chemical injection methods. The purpose of improving this method is for permanent improvement, but in recent years, its application range has also expanded as an injection method for temporary improvement. The injection material used is "Permanent Grout," which has been theoretically and empirically validated for permanence, and the injection form is designed to be a permeation injection method that does not disturb the sedimentary state (framework structure) of the ground, with the principle of uniformly improving the ground. The "Super Multi-Point Injection Method" achieves ideal permeation injection and high workability by injecting at an extremely low discharge rate of 3 liters per nozzle, simultaneously from 32 nozzles per pump. 【Demonstration of 19-Year Long-Term Durability through Large-Scale Field Injection Tests】 The results of large-scale field injection tests combining Permanent Grout (injection material) and injection methods (such as the Super Multi-Point Injection Method) have been evaluated for their permeation solidification and long-term solidification properties, earning the 2002 Technical Development Award from the Japanese Geotechnical Society (Yonekura, Shimada). Confirmation tests have continued even after the large-scale field injection tests, and in 2018, the long-term solidification properties were confirmed 19 years later.

Permanent Grout Injection Method "Expacca Method Series"

This is a ground improvement method suitable for liquefaction countermeasures, achieved through extensive infiltration and rapid construction of large-volume soil. The consolidation over 19 years has been demonstrated through large-scale outdoor injection tests!

The "Permanent Grout Injection Method" is one of the chemical injection methods. The purpose of improving this method is for permanent improvement, but in recent years, its application range has also expanded as an injection method for temporary improvement. The injection material used is "Permanent Grout," which has been theoretically and empirically validated for permanence, and the injection form is designed to be permeation injection that does not disturb the sedimentary state (skeletal structure) of the ground, with the principle of uniformly improving the ground. The "Expakka Method" involves attaching bag bodies (geo-bags) at intervals to the injection outer pipe, inflating these bag bodies to anchor them in the ground and form soil packers, which enables permeation injection by injecting from a large space, allowing for rapid improvement over a wide area. The Expakka Method series includes Expakka-N Method, Expakka NEO Method, 3D-EX (Expakka) Method, and Expakka Lotus Route Method. [Demonstration of Long-Term Durability Over 19 Years Through Large-Scale Field Injection Tests] The results of demonstration tests on permeation solidification and aging solidification through large-scale field injection tests combining Permanent Grout (injection material) and injection methods (such as the Expakka Method) have been evaluated, and the method received the 2002 Technical Development Award from the Japanese Geotechnical Society (Yonekura, Shimada).

Reduce building deformation by approximately 1/2! Vibration control damper "αDamperExII"

【Cost Reduction for Earthquake Measures】No need for changes to the drawings, low cost, and easy installation! Ideal vibration control dampers for wooden houses for seismic resistance, vibration reduction, and base isolation <Distributors Wanted!>

Are earthquake measures and seismic measures sufficient? The current seismic standards in the building code are designed to withstand seismic intensity of 6 strong or higher, but it is also necessary to consider damage from aftershocks, as seen in the Kumamoto earthquake, where significant damage occurred. In this context, an important option is the addition of "vibration control" alongside seismic measures. The Tokiwa System's α Damper ExII reduces earthquake damage to buildings by about half, effectively mitigating the impact of repeated aftershocks. Additionally, it can be implemented without changes to the design, contributing to cost reduction for seismic measures. **Features** - Can be implemented without changes to the design - Suitable as an alternative to seismic and vibration control devices - Contributes to cost reduction - Improves construction efficiency *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.*

E-joint construction method

For low cost and reduction of CO2 emissions, as well as improved workability! Joint processing and material costs remain unchanged from conventional methods!

We would like to introduce our "E-Joint Method." Traditionally, the size of the retaining piles is determined based on the maximum cross-sectional force and displacement, but we have changed the size of the piles in response to the increasing cross-sectional force in the depth direction, allowing for a more economical design. Unlike conventional joints that narrow the beam height, by combining H-shaped steel of nearly equal middle and narrow widths, there is no shift in the center of gravity, and the accuracy of construction is not compromised. Additionally, we offer "C-type clamps and bullman" for simple fixing between intersections, as well as a simple structure "guardrail" that is entirely fixed with bolts. 【Features】 ■ Low cost and reduction of CO2 ■ Environmentally friendly joints that reduce the amount of steel material ■ Joint processing and material costs remain the same as before ■ Improved workability *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Measures and methods for extending the lifespan of fishing port facilities.

The method of "belly attachment work" using underwater concrete, which incorporates precast residual formwork as part of the structure.

<Ensuring Safety and Planning> ■ The residual formwork method allows for construction in stages, eliminating enclosure and enabling quick evacuation in emergencies. ■ The residual formwork itself is self-supporting, allowing for safe operations underwater. ■ It is possible to ensure planning for offshore construction, which is easily affected by weather and sea conditions. <Economic Efficiency and Improved Workability> ■ The absence of enclosed spaces improves work efficiency, leading to shortened construction periods. ■ The lightweight of the products allows for construction using small machinery. ■ In conventional methods, a minimum width of 1.0 m was required for underwater work space for stability calculations, but with the residual formwork method that does not require enclosed spaces, designs can be made according to stability calculations, reducing the amount of concrete needed. <Simplification of Material Procurement> ■ Staged construction makes it easy to secure ready-mixed concrete and improves workability, enabling small-scale placements in fishing port construction. ■ Material delivery is limited to what is needed for staged construction, reducing yard area and simplifying yard planning.

External seismic reinforcement method "Smile Parallel Method"

External seismic reinforcement method using inclined PC steel materials.

■ No changes to the indoor layout are necessary due to reinforcement from the outside. ■ It allows for low noise, low vibration, and dust-free construction, resulting in minimal environmental impact and enabling continued use of the building during the construction period. ■ The diagonal PC steel materials arranged within the structural frame are slender, with a maximum diameter of 40mm, while possessing high durability and excellent recovery characteristics, without obstructing natural light or ventilation after reinforcement. ■ By having the majority of the reinforcement capacity supported by diagonal PC steel materials, the cross-section of the PCa components remains slender. ■ The main components are precast materials (factory products), which reduces on-site work and shortens the construction period. ■ Cost reduction is achieved through the miniaturization of components.

[Case Study Included] Pipeline Magnetite Method

Change water quality without touching the pipes! Introducing a method that only requires construction at one main location.

The "Piping Magnetite Method" is a technique that has transformed the traditional water purification technology into an industrial technology. Instead of using natural stones, it employs artificial mineral crystals, industrializing the traditional techniques. It repairs rusted pipes without touching them, restoring pipe thickness and allowing for leaks. Using "The Bio Water," we conducted three-dimensional measurements to see how the wall thickness of new GP pipes changes after 10 years. The results from measuring the wall thickness at 20 locations showed that all areas had increased in thickness compared to when they were new. Additionally, we also provide materials that cover all topics. 【Features】 ■ Repairs rusted pipes without touching them ■ Restores pipe thickness and allows for leaks ■ Changes water quality without touching the pipes ■ Installation is sufficient at one main point ■ Uses artificial mineral crystals instead of natural stones *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. *The section "Reason for Interest" displayed during PDF download is generated by AI from Ipros Co., Ltd.
