Jack-up rotation construction method
Construction method suitable for the erection of superstructures with Takahashi piers.
The "Jack-Up Rotating Erection Method" is a construction technique where steel girders are sequentially assembled alongside bridge piers using jacks, and after assembly is complete, the girders are rotated and erected using wire ropes. Using the jack-up equipment installed at the base of the bridge pier, the main girder is raised, and then the girder is inserted and joined, followed by vertical jack-up along the bridge pier. This series of operations is repeated to attach the girder to the rotation pin at the top of the bridge pier. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Features】 ■ Suitable for superstructure erection with high bridge piers ■ Effective when planning adjacent areas of the bridge for launching yards is difficult ■ A method that minimizes high-altitude work ■ Suitable for the erection of small main girder bridges *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
