Construction method "Gachirock Method"

A new type of large tile installation method that uses adhesive combined with metal fittings, offering excellent seismic resistance and durability.

The "Gachi Rock Method" is a construction technique where two grooves are processed at one location on the tile side in a factory, and specialized fittings are attached to the processed grooves. The attached specialized fittings hold the tiles from the back, and the specialized long rail on the structural side hooks onto the specialized fittings on the back of the tiles, allowing the tiles to be adhered using elastic adhesives or similar materials. Additionally, the specialized long rail is fixed to the structural side using screws or concrete screws (or anchors depending on the situation), making it suitable for both new construction and renovations. 【Features】 - Reduction of peeling risk after construction and maintenance costs - Ensuring the safety of local residents - Reduction of training costs for craftsmen and costs for technology transfer across the industry - Relatively easy to install without requiring advanced skills - Lower barriers to entry for job seekers, enabling the creation of many jobs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Pre-boring expansion grouting method "Hyper-Straight Method"

A construction method that can accommodate various ground conditions, with high load-bearing capacity and low cost.

The "Hyper-Straight Method" involves pre-drilling the ground with an auger, followed by the injection of solidification liquid and pile surrounding fixation liquid, allowing the pile to be inserted into the designated support layer by self-sinking or rotation, achieving a depth of 1D or more. Using a drilling and mixing device composed of an auger head, screw, mixing rod, and connecting rod, the construction process follows the steps from drilling to the injection of solidification liquid, repeated solidification above and below, injection of pile surrounding fixation liquid, repeated fixation above and below, and finally pile insertion and installation. Additionally, by implementing a construction management system that supports high precision and efficiency, real-time management of the solidification bulb and support layer is conducted to ensure quality. 【Features】 ■ Easy construction management due to full-length straight drilling ■ No need for specialized under-pinning unique to high bearing capacity ■ A mid-bearing capacity method conceived by returning to the origins of precast concrete pile methods *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Construction Example] Converting a single-story factory into a two-story factory while maintaining the equipment.

Non-stop construction method for factory operations" - Hokuriku Light Metal Co., Ltd. "Cover Build Method

The "Cover Build Method" involves assembling a steel frame to cover an existing building, first constructing the roof and exterior walls to prevent rain and wind from entering. After securing the exterior, the interior of the existing building is demolished, and reconstruction takes place. In the case of Hokuriku Light Metal, which is engaged in metal processing, a partition wall was first established to separate the construction area from the factory operation area, and a new building frame larger than the factory was constructed. Subsequently, the roof and exterior walls of the new building were completed, and while protecting the machinery, the existing building was demolished. Additionally, the second-floor slab inside the new building was constructed, allowing operations to continue without relocating the machinery, thus achieving reconstruction through a two-stage process. Through the Cover Build Method and floor division construction, it was transformed into a spacious two-story factory. 【Construction Targets】 ■ There are immovable machines ■ There is space around the building ■ The existing building is a single-story structure ■ Switching production operations is easy *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Construction Example] Expanding the existing eaves to create an indoor space that is protected from rain.

Construction method that does not stop factory operations - First Plus Co., Ltd. 'Big Roof Method'

The "Big Roof Construction Method" is a technique for safely extending roofs, such as eaves that protrude from buildings. In this case, the customer wished to extend an existing 10-meter eave by an additional 7 meters while also enclosing the entire loading area indoors to allow for work to be done without getting wet from the rain. Therefore, we developed a structural plan that incorporated the "Cover Build Method," constructing a new frame that covers both the extension area and the existing loading eave area. This allowed us to expand the loading area while maintaining operations during construction and enclosing it indoors. Considering the entry and exit of trucks, we adopted aluminum over-slider shutters for the opening doors. The existing eave was integrated into the new roof, resulting in a spacious indoor loading area with sufficient strength. 【Construction Requirements】 ■ There is ample space in front of the building. ■ The existing building has passed inspection. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Factory reconstruction method "Cover Build Method" allows for rebuilding while maintaining factory operations!

Are you having trouble with a machine that won't move? Yoshizawa's unique construction method allows you to maintain factory operations while replacing it.

The "Cover Build Method" is Yoshizawa's unique construction technique that allows for rebuilding while maintaining factory operations. We conduct thorough hearings regarding the main equipment of the factory and its usage frequency, and we carry out the construction under appropriate schedule management to ensure that the building process and factory operations can coexist. First, we assemble steel frames to cover the existing building and construct the roof and exterior walls. After ensuring that rain and wind do not enter from the outside, we dismantle the interior of the existing building and proceed with the rebuilding. [Recommended for such factories!] ■ There are machines that cannot be moved ■ There is space around the building ■ The existing building is a single-story structure ■ It is easy to switch production flow *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Next, the scaffolding method "Ethon Hall."

A mounting method for solar power installation that does not require drilling holes in the roof!

"Esunon Hall" is a construction method that eliminates the need to drill holes in the roof to fix adhesive method fittings with adhesive, thus removing concerns about leaks. For heavy loads, it is possible to increase the number of receiving members adhered to the roof to distribute the load. Additionally, it allows for approximately a 25% reduction in labor and a shortening of the process compared to conventional methods. 【Features】 ■ Compatible with any roof shape ■ Installation without damaging the roof or drilling holes ■ Improved power generation with true south installation (also acceptable for roofs not facing true south) ■ 25% reduction in work due to the adhesive mounting method *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Anchorage Column Fixing Method "U-Wedge Frame"

Securely fixed with pressure and adhesive force from wedges! Anchorless girder fixation method.

The "U-Wedge Frame" is a new anchoring method that creates a significant pressing effect by arranging wedges inside the frame, allowing for fixation on the surface of the girder. Since the anchoring function can be achieved solely through work on the wedge arrangement on the girder surface, it enables frame fixation without affecting the internal structure, such as rebar in concrete structures, thus preventing a decrease in the structural capacity. Conventional anchor bolt fastening methods require drilling at the anchor installation site and associated rebar detection, but this method does not require such tasks, resulting in excellent workability and reliable cost reduction. 【Features】 ■ Can be securely fixed to the structure ■ Can be constructed with simple processing ■ Allows frame fixation without affecting the internal structure ■ No need for drilling at the anchor installation site or rebar detection ■ Excellent workability and cost reduction *For more details, please visit our website or feel free to contact us.
