Combination Gyro Method

A wall construction method that excels in water resistance and rigidity! Installation of hat-shaped steel sheet piles and steel pipe piles with a single press-in machine.

The "Combination Gyro Method" is a wall construction technique that combines hat-shaped steel sheet piles (high water resistance) and steel pipe piles (high rigidity). Using the GRB system construction, which allows the entire process of insertion to be completed solely on the piles, it eliminates the need for temporary construction, enabling rapid construction regardless of location. By adjusting the length of the hat-shaped steel sheet piles and the diameter, length, and spacing of the steel pipe piles according to the wall height and ground conditions, it constructs walls that are both functional and economically efficient. 【Features】 ■ A wall construction method that excels in water resistance and rigidity ■ Installation of hat-shaped steel sheet piles and steel pipe piles with a single insertion machine ■ Capable of handling strict construction conditions ■ Constructs walls that are both functional and economically efficient *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

"EDO-EPS Method" Expanded Polystyrene Civil Engineering Method

Utilization of lightweight expanded polystyrene (EDO-EPS) blocks as civil engineering materials.

The EDO-EPS construction method involves stacking EDO-EPS blocks as fill material and integrating them with dedicated fastening hardware. This method effectively utilizes the characteristics of EDO-EPS blocks, such as their ultra-lightweight, compressive strength, durability, and self-supporting nature when stacked. It can be applied in areas where there is a need to reduce load and soil pressure, such as on soft ground, landslide areas, embankments on slopes, and backfill for structures. Additionally, since it does not require large construction machinery, it alleviates concerns regarding proximity to important structures and the surrounding environment. Furthermore, it minimizes alterations to the terrain, making it a construction method that significantly contributes to the preservation of the natural environment during route planning and the construction of earth structures in mountainous areas. For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Introduction to Water Pipe Pushing Construction Examples and Special Installation Pipe Pushing Methods

Let's complete the plumbing work cheaply and quickly! However, when excavation is not possible, we will use the special installation pipe pushing method.

Hasegawa Construction Industry Co., Ltd. has been engaged in both large and small thrust construction projects for over 20 years. Here are some examples of the projects carried out by Hasegawa Construction Industry. One example is a project in Oohara, Isumi City, where we crossed a national highway. We created a launch shaft with a diameter of φ2.0m within the application site and thrust to the main pipe on the opposite side of the road. The thrust construction involved pushing a lead pipe (temporary pipe) from the launch shaft towards the main pipe, and then pulling in a φ50A steel pipe from the main pipe side. The construction from the creation of the launch shaft to the thrust work was completed in one day. Additionally, in Karabe, Narita City, we thrust a lead pipe to the main pipe located on the opposite side of the application site, which has four lanes (five lanes including the right turn lane), and we pushed a φ100mm steel casing pipe from the launch shaft. The thrust length was 22.3m. As such, we can construct by building the launch shaft within the application site without excavating on public roads. 【Proposal from Hasegawa Construction Industry】 - After thrusting a φ65A steel pipe, we completed the installation of a φ50A steel casing pipe. - Connection with continuous water drilling by waterworks contractors. - Installation of the main pipe inside the casing pipe. → It is also possible to directly pull in poly pipes or stainless steel pipes without using a casing pipe. RM seismic reinforcement method "Anshin Block"

Significantly reduces noise and vibration! No need for formwork removal or curing, allowing for shortened construction time!

The "Anshin Block" is a seismic reinforcement method that uses RM units to construct additional seismic walls. In traditional RC additional wall methods, large temporary materials are used for formwork and concrete work. On the other hand, the RM seismic reinforcement method allows for simplified temporary setups, as it can be constructed using a mortar pump, enabling space-saving construction in narrow areas where blocks can be assembled. Construction can be carried out while the building is in use. 【Features】 ■ Reduction of noise and vibration ■ Space-saving ■ Shortened construction period ■ CO2 reduction *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Special Adhesive Tape Method "Stained Speed Method"

Solve your problems at the decorative board construction site! Not only for interior walls but also for ceiling installation, just use tape.

The "Stained Speed Method" is a labor-saving construction method that adheres to the base material gypsum board using only a special adhesive tape. The "Stained Speed Tape S" is applied to the back of the decorative panel, and after sticking it to the base material, it is pressed firmly to ensure a tight fit. This method can be used for both interior walls and ceilings using only tape. The reduction in the number of auxiliary materials leads to decreased labor and shorter construction periods, while also eliminating variations in adhesive application, resulting in stable construction accuracy. Additionally, the reduction of waste on site contributes to environmental considerations and supports the SDGs. 【Features】 ■ Shortened construction period and labor savings ■ Reduced waste on site ■ Simple construction by just applying tape ■ Adhesive strength, dynamic deformation tests, and ceiling vibration tests completed ■ Elimination of variations in adhesive application leads to stable construction accuracy *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Greening Project: Weed Prevention Greening Method

A weed control method that not only suppresses weeds but is also environmentally friendly and easy to maintain.

The weed prevention greening method combines weed prevention soil and creeping thyme to create a beautiful environment and achieve an eco-friendly solution that is gentle for everyone in the future. The raw materials for the weed prevention soil are purified sediment from the Tedori River water supply and construction waste soil. By mixing in a lime-based solidifying agent, we have reprocessed materials that would typically become industrial waste into soil that suppresses weed growth. Additionally, by mixing in tile waste, we can create color and also produce cushioning effects. Creeping thyme is a perennial plant from the family Lamiaceae, native to subtropical regions from Southeast Asia to South America (it grows wild in Okinawa, Japan). As a seedless plant, it helps protect native species in Japan. The effectiveness of the weed prevention greening method lies in the synergistic effect of the weed prevention soil that suppresses weed growth and the creeping thyme that inhibits the growth of other weeds, making it possible to promote greening in an environmentally friendly and economical way. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.

New weed control greening method that does not use the NETIS registration sheet.

A weed control method that not only suppresses weeds but is also environmentally friendly and easy to maintain.

The weed control greening method is a new greening technique registered with NETIS that uses alkaline recycled soil and creeping thyme instead of sheets. 【What’s Different Here!】 ● Since it uses weed control soil instead of sheets, there is no risk of sheets blowing onto the road. ● Creeping thyme grows quickly, allowing for speedy completion of the installation. The weed control greening method combines weed control soil and creeping thyme to create a beautiful environment and achieve an eco-friendly solution that is gentle for everyone in the future. The raw materials for the weed control soil are sediment from the water purification of the Tedori River and construction waste soil. By mixing in a lime-based solidifier, we recycle materials that would normally become industrial waste into soil that suppresses weed growth. Additionally, by mixing in tile waste, it is possible to create color and also provide cushioning effects. *For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog. *We are currently recruiting franchise members.
