ERP Rebar Anti-Corrosion Method

Suppressing rebar corrosion in historical buildings and structures with poor environmental conditions through RC repair.

This method enhances the rust prevention effect of existing cross-section repair methods by applying ERP rebar rust preventive agent after the rust prevention treatment of rebar corrosion repair methods. The ERP rebar rust preventive agent forms a moisture and chloride penetration suppression layer by being impregnated into the polymer cement-based rust preventive material applied to the rebar. This suppression layer inhibits the intrusion of deterioration factors and improves the rust prevention effect, making it effective for historical buildings with insufficient cover thickness and for the repair of RC structures. This method was developed based on the experience gained from the repair work of the old Shime vertical shaft tower, for which our company was responsible for the structural work, and is suitable for the repair of cultural properties and historical buildings where changes to the external shape are difficult.

IH-type pavement removal method

Electromagnetic induction heating system for the removal of asphalt pavement from steel deck slabs.

The "IH Method for Pavement Removal [IHIR(TM) Method]" is a technique that uses electromagnetic induction heating technology (IH technology) to heat the interface between the steel deck of a bridge and the asphalt pavement, thereby loosening the adhesion and facilitating the peeling and removal of the pavement surface. When a strong high-frequency current flows through a coil, a powerful magnetic field is generated. When a metal that conducts electricity well, such as iron or stainless steel, is placed within that magnetic field, eddy currents are generated through electromagnetic induction, causing the metal itself to heat up due to electrical resistance. By utilizing this mechanism to heat the steel deck, the underside of the asphalt pavement is softened. 【Features】 ■ Facilitates the peeling and removal of the steel deck and asphalt pavement ■ Reduces noise, vibration, and dust generated during work, minimizing the impact on the surrounding environment ■ Minimizes damage to the steel deck, preserving the quality of the steel deck and bridge ■ Reduces the need for chipping work, promoting labor savings and improving safety during construction *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Natural stone concrete installation method "Deco Sheet Method"

It is a construction method suitable for the boundary with the sidewalk and the balance with the stone pavement of the road.

The "Deco Sheet Method" involves setting a deco sheet (*) in a formwork, pouring concrete, and after curing, removing the sheet simultaneously with demolding, allowing decorative items to be embedded in the concrete surface. * The deco sheet is created by applying an adhesive on top of the sheet and embedding decorative items, and this sheet is collectively referred to as the deco sheet. The embedded items become part of the concrete, ensuring a very strong attachment, and there is no adhesion of mortar on the surface of the embedded items. 【Method Steps】 ■ No need for concrete retarders or water washing, and expensive blasting equipment is not required. ■ Attach the deco sheet to the formwork, pour the concrete, and after curing, simply remove the sheet at the time of demolding to complete the process. * For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Soil reinforcement construction method "Spider Web Net Method" that does not require concrete placement.

A ground reinforcement method that combines high-strength nets, support plates, and reinforcements to suppress the sliding force of small loads. No concrete pouring is required, and greening is possible.

NETIS Registration Number AC-180003-P The spider web net method is a ground reinforcement technique that suppresses relatively light sliding forces by combining a corrosion-resistant high-strength hard steel wire net (TECCO net) with pressure plates and reinforcement materials. It does not require concrete placement and allows for greening. It excels in aesthetics while also reducing costs. [Applications] - Prevention of surface collapse on slopes - Prevention of voids between reinforcement materials - Measures against collapse of existing sprayed surfaces and retaining walls [Features] - The TECCO net is stretched over the entire slope, combined with spider plates and reinforcement materials to prevent voids in collapsing soil masses. - Greening and other measures can be used in conjunction with the entire slope, creating an environment where artificial structures are less noticeable. - Since assembly of rebar and concrete placement on the slope is unnecessary, construction management is easier, construction periods are shortened, and costs are reduced. - Even if the ground has irregularities, the TECCO net is soft and conforms to the ground, and when used in conjunction with the zabuton backing method, the spider plates can also adhere closely to the ground.

Crack Repair Method to Address Corrosion Deterioration of Steel Materials Inside Concrete

Addressing substances that cause corrosion of internal steel in concrete and suppressing water intrusion using three types of methods according to the situation and purpose.

This is a method for repairing cracks aimed at suppressing the intrusion of carbon dioxide, chloride ions, water, and other factors that cause corrosion and deterioration of steel materials within concrete, as well as restoring the integrity of cracked concrete. There are three types: crack covering method, crack injection method, and crack filling method, which are applied according to the occurrence conditions such as crack width and the purpose of repair. 【Applications】 ● Cracked areas on the surface of concrete structures.

For hard, unconsolidated ground and deep construction, liquefaction countermeasures are also addressed by the "sleeve injection method."

A chemical grouting method that is most effective for hard, unconsolidated ground. It is suitable for deep construction projects and can also be applied for liquefaction countermeasures.

The sleeve injection method is a double packer technique that separates the installation of injection pipes from the injection work. It is suitable for large-scale construction projects or cases where high effectiveness is required, as well as for deep construction projects, and can also be applied for liquefaction countermeasures. 【Applications】 ● Stabilization of the bottom slab and backfill of the shaft (waterproofing and strength increase) ● Protection of soil retention deficiencies ● Stabilization of the face of shield or thrusting ● Prevention of loosening in the route section of shield or thrusting ● Stabilization of the backfill and bottom slab of deep foundations (waterproofing and strength increase) ● Liquefaction countermeasures 【Features】 ● Covers almost all target ground areas. It is most effective against hard, unconsolidated ground where other methods cannot be applied. ● By using injection materials with a long gel time, low-speed and low-pressure injection is possible, allowing for reliable permeation injection even in fine sand layers. ● The external injection pipe is left underground, enabling re-injection at necessary locations even after the initial injection. ● A complete packer can be created with seal grout, completely preventing the escape of injection material from around the injection pipe. ● There is very little ground deformation, and the impact on nearby structures is also minimal.

Coating Stripping Method "IH Method"

Coating removal method using electromagnetic induction heating! It can efficiently remove only the coating.

Our company offers the paint stripping method "IH Method," which allows for easy and clean removal of paint films that have become loose due to heating by scraping them off with a scraper. This method is environmentally friendly and enables the quick removal of old paint films. It has already been trialed on the Kanmon Expressway Kanmon Bridge and has received high praise as a new technology and method that improves workability. 【Features】 ■ Reduction of waste generation ■ Improvement of the working environment ■ Consideration for the surrounding environment *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
