ERP Rebar Anti-Corrosion Method

Suppressing rebar corrosion in historical buildings and structures with poor environmental conditions through RC repair.

This method enhances the rust prevention effect of existing cross-section repair methods by applying ERP rebar rust preventive agent after the rust prevention treatment of rebar corrosion repair methods. The ERP rebar rust preventive agent forms a moisture and chloride penetration suppression layer by being impregnated into the polymer cement-based rust preventive material applied to the rebar. This suppression layer inhibits the intrusion of deterioration factors and improves the rust prevention effect, making it effective for historical buildings with insufficient cover thickness and for the repair of RC structures. This method was developed based on the experience gained from the repair work of the old Shime vertical shaft tower, for which our company was responsible for the structural work, and is suitable for the repair of cultural properties and historical buildings where changes to the external shape are difficult.

IH-type pavement removal method

Electromagnetic induction heating system for the removal of asphalt pavement from steel deck slabs.

The "IH Method for Pavement Removal [IHIR(TM) Method]" is a technique that uses electromagnetic induction heating technology (IH technology) to heat the interface between the steel deck of a bridge and the asphalt pavement, thereby loosening the adhesion and facilitating the peeling and removal of the pavement surface. When a strong high-frequency current flows through a coil, a powerful magnetic field is generated. When a metal that conducts electricity well, such as iron or stainless steel, is placed within that magnetic field, eddy currents are generated through electromagnetic induction, causing the metal itself to heat up due to electrical resistance. By utilizing this mechanism to heat the steel deck, the underside of the asphalt pavement is softened. 【Features】 ■ Facilitates the peeling and removal of the steel deck and asphalt pavement ■ Reduces noise, vibration, and dust generated during work, minimizing the impact on the surrounding environment ■ Minimizes damage to the steel deck, preserving the quality of the steel deck and bridge ■ Reduces the need for chipping work, promoting labor savings and improving safety during construction *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Water leakage and water stopping measures for joints and cracks in concrete structures.

A water stop method to block the leakage path and a water diversion method to collect and direct the leakage to drainage facilities such as road surfaces, addressing leakage from concrete structures.

"Emergency Measures for Underground Structures (Water Leakage and Delamination)" is a method for addressing water leakage from joints and cracks in concrete structures, which can be broadly categorized into water stopping methods and water guiding methods. We quickly propose appropriate responses based on the condition of the structure assessed during site investigations. We also specialize in short nighttime work within operational lines, such as subways. We respond swiftly to water leakage and delamination within underground structures. Please feel free to contact us when needed. 【Water Stopping Method Features】 ■ A method that involves drilling to block the water leakage path at the leaking joint or crack, followed by injecting water stopping material under high pressure to seal the water path. ■ Can be applied to fine cracks. ■ Uses an electric pump that is compact and easy to transport. ■ Applicable in narrow spaces. 【Applications】 ■ Water leakage from concrete structures.

The pipe rehabilitation method 'SPR Method' for extending the lifespan of aging sewer pipes.

Rehabilitation of all types of pipes, such as circular, rectangular, and horseshoe-shaped, as a strong composite pipe integrated with existing pipes and rehabilitation pipe backfill material, while maintaining non-excavation and water flow!

The existing pipe is fitted with rigid PVC material in a spiral manner while manufacturing the rehabilitation pipe, and a special backfill material is filled in the gap between the existing pipe and the rehabilitation pipe. This revitalizes the old pipeline into a strong composite pipe that integrates the existing pipe and the backfill material of the rehabilitation pipe. 【Features】 ● The self-propelled pipe manufacturing method allows for the rehabilitation of various pipe shapes, including circular, rectangular, and horseshoe shapes. ● Construction can be carried out while allowing water flow, eliminating the need for temporary drainage within the main pipe. ● Non-excavation means there is minimal impact on traffic and social life. ● There are no restrictions on the pipe manufacturing distance, enabling long-distance pipe production. ● It can accommodate curved construction and can be installed with a slope. ● The flow capacity is equal to or greater than the design flow rate before rehabilitation. ● The rehabilitation pipe is excellent in durability, wear resistance, and chemical resistance. ● Seismic retrofitting of pipeline facilities is possible. ● Work can be suspended even during pipe manufacturing in the event of sudden heavy rainfall. 【Applications】 ● Reconstruction and extension of the lifespan of aging or damaged sewer pipes (Ø250 to 5000) ● Strength restoration ● Improvement of water tightness against inflow, flowability, corrosion resistance, prevention of tree root intrusion, and seismic resistance enhancement ● Setting of pipe slope (rehabilitation pipe Ø800mm and above)

Seamless main pipe and attachment pipe integrated hardening

By rehabilitating the existing main pipe, connection pipe, and connection pipe joints with light curing, it is possible to achieve a uniform and seamless strong integration rehabilitation of the main pipe and connection pipe.

The seamless system construction method allows for the rehabilitation of existing main pipes, service pipes, and service pipe joints, enabling a strong integration rehabilitation of the main and service pipes. Additionally, the rehabilitated pipes use light-curing resin that hardens reliably when exposed to light (ultraviolet), providing performance equivalent to new pipes. It can accommodate main pipes with diameters ranging from Ø200 to 800 mm (self-supporting pipes from Ø200 to 600 mm). There are two types available: standard and fast-curing. **Features** - Uniform and reliable curing of rehabilitated pipes made possible by light. - The evolved seamless system leads the way in pipe rehabilitation. - Protecting the sewer system that has supported comfortable living for many years. - Aging pipes that have exceeded their useful life are increasing, particularly in urban areas. - Aging sewer pipes can cause leaks and unknown inflow of water in various locations, potentially leading to road collapses. The door to the era of pipe rehabilitation has already been opened. - Rehabilitation of sewer pipes is carried out reliably and swiftly. - By exposing to light (ultraviolet), a uniform, reliable, and seamless rehabilitated pipeline is achieved. **Applications** - Reconstruction and prolongation of the lifespan of aging or damaged sewer pipes.
