Reinforced concrete surface repair method (Sabiran penetration rust prevention method)

By applying Sabiran A to the surface of reinforced concrete, the rust inhibitor (nitrite ions) penetrates and forms a passive film on the rebar, achieving rust prevention treatment!

This technology is a rust prevention method that applies a penetrating rust inhibitor to the surface of reinforced concrete to non-destructively protect the internal rebar from rust. While traditional methods have existed for applying coatings to the surface of reinforced concrete, they have been effective in suppressing the entry of external deterioration factors but have had little effect on already existing deterioration factors (such as chloride ions and areas of carbonation), resulting in insufficient rust prevention effectiveness. In this technology, a newly developed high-penetration rust inhibitor (Sabiran A) is applied to the surface of existing concrete and allowed to penetrate sufficiently into the interior (the surface tension of Sabiran A is 1/2.7 that of conventional products), non-destructively suppressing the latent deterioration of the rebar caused by internal deterioration factors. Furthermore, by applying a water-tightness enhancing agent (Sabiran P), the method simultaneously suppresses further entry of external deterioration factors, thereby providing long-term and stable rust prevention effectiveness for the rebar within the reinforced concrete. ■ Technical Explanation of the Improved Penetration of Sabiran A The rust prevention effect of Sabiran is achieved through the action of a rust inhibitor composition that contains the following composite surfactants: - Specific ether-type nonionic surfactants (maximum surface tension reduction capability) - Water-insoluble specific surfactants (significant wettability enhancement capability)

Construction method "IPH Method (Internal Pressure Filling Joint Reinforcement)"

Technology to achieve the "long lifespan" of damaged concrete structures!

The "IPH method" is a technology that achieves "strength recovery" and "extended lifespan" for concrete structures that have deteriorated due to aging or earthquakes. By replacing the air inside the concrete with injected resin, it can fill even fine cracks with high density and depth. Not only does it enhance the bond strength between rebar and concrete, but it also provides a high anti-corrosion effect. The method has received technical evaluation from the Japan Society of Civil Engineers and obtained a patent as a construction method in 2012. 【Features】 ■ Replacement of air and resin ■ High-density filling ■ Strength recovery and durability improvement ■ Rebar anti-corrosion and neutralization suppression ■ Improved cost-effectiveness and environmental measures *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Steel Pipe Pile Top Plate Joint Method "ECS-TP Method"

Just bolt the foundation and pillars together! A simple and cost-effective foundation system.

The "ECS-TP method" is a steel pipe pile top plate joint method that is simple and very easy to construct, making it suitable for challenging sites. By re-evaluating the construction process of traditional foundations, we have successfully shortened the construction period significantly while satisfying the structural criteria considered in design standards, achieving both cost reduction and performance maintenance simultaneously. It has been adopted in pioneering projects that are typically considered difficult, such as "building a compost shed on a slope" and "adding a new roof from the outside of a station building." 【Features】 ■ Zero leftover soil and industrial waste ■ Fewer construction days ■ Usable in narrow spaces ■ Low vibration and low noise, minimizing environmental impact ■ Fewer vehicles required due to less material transport *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Separator support receiver - round separator angle

Started in 1998 with a record of 1,710,344m! The separator support angle used in the shape pressing formwork has evolved.

The "Round Separator Angle" allows for the installation of separators at a constant length by attaching it parallel to the concrete formwork surface. After the rebar assembly, the separators can be installed. This eliminates overlap with rebar workers, formwork workers, and welders, leading to a reduction in construction time and overall costs. 【Features】 ■ Screw holes are cut at 75mm intervals along the entire length of the angle ■ Separators can be installed at any desired position ■ Can be used for positioning rebar by rebar workers ■ Eliminates overlap with rebar workers, formwork workers, and welders, resulting in reduced construction time and overall costs ■ Installation work is also available *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Bridge pier seismic reinforcement method "AT Method"

Extremely suppress the bending moment to reduce the increase in the cross-section of the structure, while also accommodating constraints from adjacent structures!

The "AT Method" is a seismic reinforcement method for bridge piers that significantly reduces the thickness of the reinforcement wrapping compared to the RC wrapping method and conventional PCM wrapping method. By cutting grooves into the surface of the existing concrete and embedding reinforcement bars, the increase in wrapping thickness can be greatly reduced. As a result, the range of applicability expands even in cases with structural constraints. 【Construction Procedure】 ■ Surface treatment → Core space cutting → Core drilling → Embedded groove cutting → Reinforcement bar embedding commencement → Band reinforcement bar installation → Protective coating → Finish material application *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
