In the improvement construction project at the Kyushu Regional Development Bureau, "ZEROSAI" was introduced to address the issue of heavy machinery tipping over during strong winds. As a result of the implementation, the email notification function allowed for immediate dissemination and thorough communication of strong wind information to the workers. [Digital Jellyfish Case Study] Utilization as Evidence Data

Submit evidence to the client for weather risk settlement type construction.

We would like to introduce the implementation results of the small wave height observation device "Digi-Jellyfish." It has been installed at locations strongly affected by seasonal winds and where there is a discrepancy between the wave heights reported by Nowcast and the actual site. The utilization factor did not match the actual situation, resulting in many days when work could not be carried out due to bad weather. Therefore, we introduced "Digi-Jellyfish" to submit the data observed with it as evidence to the construction client. With the introduction of Digi-Jellyfish, we were able to present evidence of the discrepancy between the local wave heights and those reported by Nowcast to the client.

[Digital Jellyfish Case Study] Established unique wave height work standards and presented them to the client.

Observing wave heights in the site waters and presenting them to the client as evidence for the trial construction with a weather risk settlement type.

We would like to introduce a case study of the small wave height observation device, "Digi-Jellyfish." The work takes place in an area that is easily affected by waves and swells flowing in between two offshore breakwaters. There are many days when work is difficult due to wave conditions, and to help the client understand this fact, we introduced the "Digi-Jellyfish." The data from the offshore Naufas indicated low wave heights, which led to a lack of trust, so we installed the "Digi-Jellyfish" at the work site. We independently analyzed the wave height observation data and established work standard values, then submitted the results as evidence to the client to request design changes, which were successfully accepted.

【Operating Environment】 Weather observation devices, including the N sensor and battery-operated water level gauge, are installed upstream at the site to monitor rain, wind, temperature, humidity, and water levels in real-time.
