In response to consultations from the prefecture, this system was developed to efficiently assist in the search for suspicious vehicles (vehicles involved in incidents, unlicensed taxis, and other blacklisted vehicles). Information about the vehicles to be searched is registered in advance and matched against passing vehicles. If a match is found with a suspicious vehicle, an alarm is sent to the relevant department. This allows for 24-hour monitoring, enabling cost reduction in labor and increased efficiency. As an application of vehicle license plate recognition, the following joint experiments were conducted: - Performing vehicle number recognition with a reduced equipment configuration - For security purposes, constructing a network using 4G LTE communication and VPN encrypted communication without using existing infrastructure - Confirming not only the vehicle number but also the driver's demeanor
