(Calculated from the time of Sony Human Capital) 【Job Description】 You will be responsible as a management game MG training instructor. You will conduct training sessions lasting 1 to 3 days for participants (12 to 36 people) at client locations across the country. 【Desired Candidate Profile】 - Experience participating in management games MG - Committed to personal growth and engaged in mutual improvement - Resonates with our training style that emphasizes "if it's not fun, it's not training" - Basic PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel) are essential. - Open to feedback and able to utilize it for personal growth 【Preferred Qualifications】 - Possession of specialized knowledge in accounting and finance (experience working in financial institutions is welcome) - Experience in human resources, talent development, or management - Qualified professionals such as certified public accountants, small and medium enterprise consultants, or social insurance labor consultants with consulting experience *No prior experience as an instructor or trainer is required.
