We would like to introduce the usage of our developed "unit-type LED board" in addressing the versatility challenges of shelf lighting that highlights product displays. Conventional tape LEDs require end processing of the cut surfaces and cannot accommodate multiple shelves, while fixing them with double-sided tape can dirty the shelves. This product features 12 LED boards with 9 lights each at 270mm and an intermediate cable with 4 branches as the basic specification, allowing for free connection via connectors. We select appropriate layer composition and materials to avoid being over-specified. The beta pattern may become narrower at the beer clearance!

We would like to introduce "signal quality," which is a key point in our design. The appropriate pattern width and via for the current value are roughly 1A/1mm and 1A/φ1.0mm. The placement of capacitors should be as close as possible to the corresponding terminals, especially for those with smaller multipliers.
