Manufacturing Technology of Ultrasonic Probes - Application of Measurement, Analysis, and Evaluation Techniques for Ultrasonic Propagation States -

The Ultrasonic System Research Institute has developed manufacturing technology for ultrasonic probes that takes into account the acoustic characteristics related to the propagation state of ultrasound, based on the utilization results of our original product: the ultrasonic tester, for parts inspection and precision cleaning.
This is a new technology related to the development of ultrasonic probes. It allows for the use of ultrasound (propagation state) tailored to measurement, oscillation, and control.
In particular, there is an increasing number of new utilization results of ultrasonic vibrations for parts inspection and precision cleaning of small components, utilizing the response characteristics derived from the combination of oscillation and reception.
Ultrasonic Probe: Overview Specifications
Measurement Range: 0.01 Hz to 100 MHz
Oscillation Range: 1 kHz to 25 MHz
Propagation Range: 1 kHz to over 900 MHz
Materials: Stainless steel, LCP resin, silicone, Teflon, glass, etc.
Oscillation Equipment Example: Function Generator
We offer "Ultrasonic Consulting" regarding the above technology.
