[Usage Examples] By Equipment (Heat Mitigation, Energy Saving, CO2 Reduction, etc.) <Heat Shielding>

We will provide high cost-performance proposals tailored to the shape and actual usage conditions.

In molding machines and extruders for rubber and resin, as well as in rubber vulcanization equipment, heating is done using electricity or gas. Many factories are utilizing thermal insulation sheets for heat prevention measures and energy conservation, as well as CO2 reduction. There are various structures, and our company offers high cost-performance proposals tailored to their shapes and actual usage. Additionally, in response to rising energy prices and the need for enhanced CO2 reduction, we have been receiving more requests for reducing heat loss from piping and other sources. In indoor facilities, when the surface temperature is 70°C, using thermal insulation sheets can nearly halve the heat loss from the surface. Furthermore, using thermal insulation mats allows for both heat insulation and enhanced thermal insulation simultaneously, resulting in even greater effects. Both options are significantly easier to install compared to conventional insulation materials. You can choose from a rich lineup that suits your needs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

However, despite having a filtration system in place, we were experiencing frequent issues such as valve sticking. To address this, we installed a high-performance industrial oil filtration system that removes both moisture and contaminant particles. We received feedback from our customer expressing gratitude for the elimination of troubles with critical equipment. [Summary of Measures] - Used a special element compatible with ester oil and changed the sealing material - Strengthened safety measures - Modified the specifications to be mobile for use in other equipment as needed *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Heat Shielding Air Conditioner Outdoor Unit Energy Saving Improvement Case Study

A case where energy savings were achieved by cutting solar radiation heat to the outdoor unit of a factory air conditioner.

We would like to introduce a case where energy savings were achieved by cutting the solar radiation heat on the outdoor unit of a factory air conditioner. There was a challenge: "The air conditioning is not effective in summer, and the indoor environment is hot, so we want to implement heat countermeasures." In response, a high-temperature heat insulation sheet was applied to the air conditioner’s outdoor unit. (The installation was carried out by the customer.) As a result, by reflecting sunlight and preventing the outdoor unit from becoming hot, the air conditioning performance improved significantly, leading to a substantial reduction in electricity consumption compared to air conditioners without the heat insulation sheet. [Case Study] ■ Challenge: We want to achieve energy savings for factory air conditioners. ■ Countermeasure: Applied a heat insulation sheet to the air conditioner’s outdoor unit to cut solar radiation heat. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Heat Shield Control Panel Temperature Rise Prevention Improvement Case Study

Examples of protecting control panels from radiant heat.

We would like to introduce a case where a control panel was protected from radiant heat from other sources, preventing temperature rise. There was an issue where "the control panel near the furnace was constantly exposed to the furnace's radiant heat, causing the control panel inverter to burn out. We wanted to quickly implement measures to prevent recurrence." In response, a high-temperature heat shield sheet was applied to the target control panel. (The installation was carried out by the customer.) As a result, the surface temperature of the control panel decreased from 70°C to 30°C, a reduction of 40°C. This served as a measure to prevent the recurrence of control panel damage and was applied to all similar locations. Similar cases exist for outdoor distribution boards that receive direct sunlight in summer and experience temperature rises, and similar solutions can be implemented. [Case Study] ■ Issue: Protect the control panel from radiant heat and prevent temperature rise. ■ Solution: Apply a heat shield sheet to the control panel to cut radiant heat. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Heat Shielding: Case Study of Heat Stress Mitigation in High-Temperature Work Environments in Factories

Examples of protecting workers from radiant heat in workplaces handling high-temperature materials.

We would like to introduce an example of improving heat stress measures by placing a heat-insulating sheet (non-combustible type) between high-temperature objects and workers to protect workers from radiant heat. There was a challenge: "We want to protect workers handling high-temperature objects from heat and implement heat stress measures." In response, a heat-insulating sheet was installed like a partition between the high-temperature objects and the workers. As a result, an easy-to-implement heat stress measure was executed to protect the workers. By suspending it with wires or securing it to movable partitions or safety fences, it can be easily removed during maintenance, allowing for installation that adapts to the factory's flexibility. [Example] ■ Challenge: We want to protect workers from high-temperature objects (implement heat stress measures) ■ Measure: Use high-performance aluminum heat-insulating sheets as partitions *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Issues and Factory Improvement Examples] Heat Mitigation Measures (Heat Shielding) for the Factory Warehouse Roof and West Wall

An example where the temperature under the roof was 51°C in the unconstructed area, and a difference of 22°C was achieved in the constructed area, which was 29°C.

We would like to introduce a case study on heat mitigation improvements for the factory warehouse roof and west wall. "There is a challenge where heat accumulates inside the building during summer, making it uncomfortable for workers, and we want to implement heat mitigation measures." To address this, we installed high-performance aluminum heat-reflective sheets on the roof and walls with the image of making the entire building extremely shaded, preventing solar radiation heat from entering the interior. As a result, the temperature under the roof in the untreated area was 51°C, while in the treated area it was 29°C, achieving a 22°C difference. [Case Study] ■ Challenge: Heat accumulates inside the building during summer, making it uncomfortable for workers (want to implement heat mitigation measures) ■ Solution: Installed high-performance aluminum heat-reflective sheets on the roof and walls to prevent solar radiation heat from entering the interior (with the image of making the entire building extremely shaded) *If the roof is high, it may be difficult to feel the effects of heat mitigation by only applying it under the roof. In this case, applying heat mitigation to the walls (especially the sunny west and south walls) will enhance the heat mitigation effect. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
