[Improvement Case] Transformer (Insulating Oil) Insulation Resistance Decrease

The insulation resistance is about three times higher! A case study that solved the problem of decreased insulation resistance due to oxide formation.

We would like to introduce a case study on the improvement of insulation resistance decline in transformers (insulating oil) that we conducted. Due to moisture intrusion from the air breather and the generation of oxides caused by contact with high-temperature areas, the insulation resistance value decreased, necessitating regular replacement. To address this, we introduced a high-performance filtration system for industrial oil. By removing moisture and generated oxides, we were able to prevent and recover the decline in insulation resistance. Additionally, we received feedback from our customer stating, "The insulation resistance has increased by about three times, and we are satisfied."
