[Improvement Case] Cleanliness of High Viscosity Oil (Gear Oil)

No more troublesome oil change work! The cleanliness improves, with over 90% of contaminating particles removed in about one month.

We would like to introduce a case study on the improvement of cleanliness for high-viscosity oil (gear oil) that we conducted. Due to the high viscosity of the gear oil, it could not be filtered by several filtration machines we tried. Therefore, we installed a high-performance filtration system for industrial oils. As a result, although it is high-viscosity oil, it operated without any issues, and within about a month, more than 90% of the contaminating particles were removed, leading to improved cleanliness.
