We would like to introduce a case study of improvements made to our "screw compressor (lubricating oil)." There were issues such as "risk of tripping due to overheating in summer, wanting stable operation," "high maintenance costs," and "wanting to save energy (reduce power consumption)." In response, we installed a high-performance filtration system for industrial oil. This system keeps the lubricating oil at a constant new oil level, preventing failures caused by oil contamination and reducing preventive maintenance costs.
