We would like to introduce a case study on improving vacuum pump (lubricating oil). Water entered the lubricating oil of the vacuum pump, causing rust even though expensive oil was being replaced weekly. Disassembly and cleaning of the pump were required every few months, resulting in significant costs for oil and cleaning. Therefore, we removed the existing filtration system and installed a high-performance industrial oil filtration system. As a result, oil changes became unnecessary, and the workload was reduced.
