New installation of a high-performance filtration system for industrial oil! A case study of improvement by removing both moisture and contaminating particles.
We would like to introduce a case of improvement that we implemented. We are currently using phosphate ester oil as a flame-retardant oil in our continuous casting equipment. However, despite having a filtration system in place, we were experiencing frequent issues such as valve sticking. To address this, we installed a high-performance industrial oil filtration system that removes both moisture and contaminant particles. We received feedback from our customer expressing gratitude for the elimination of troubles with critical equipment.
