We would like to introduce an improvement case for steam turbines used for power generation (lubricating oil, control oil). Since the centrifugal filter malfunctioned eight years ago, we have been cleaning the oil once a year during downtime, but malfunctions occurred in the steam valve and control valve. Upon disassembly and inspection, rust and foreign matter were found in the hydraulic section. As a result, we installed a permanent high-performance filtration system for industrial oil. As a result, the introduction of the high-performance filtration system for industrial oil has maintained a high level of oil cleanliness, improved reliability, and reduced maintenance costs.
