Solving the issue of lacking a PDCA system for WEB improvement! A case study contributing to the DX promotion of "au denki."

We would like to introduce a case where we supported KDDI Corporation's "au Denki" service in utilizing data and promoting growth activities through the presence of our data analyst. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when it became difficult for customers to visit stores, the application process via the web became crucial. However, there was a challenge in that user behavior data could not be collected on GA. By establishing a data acquisition environment through cross-domain settings and implementing Google Data Portal, we reduced annual working hours by 260 hours.
